Ordered 2 kits for my children, no sign after estimated delivery date...started to worry as could trace to Germany then no updates, contacted customer service which was a bit hit and miss but in the end jerseys were resent and recieved, took approximately 2 months and a bit of a faff, no fault in the jerseys they are good quality only the delivery took longer with lots of messages forward and back

Ordered 2 jerseys for ￡37.40 and they send only 1, been emailing them everyday about the missing jersey and no reply but they keep on sending me email to buy more jersey instead, this must be a combination of a Thai and Chinese scam.

I received 2 shirts today and they sent wrong ones as I ordered the normal not slim, online help is a waste of time so I am doing a charge back. Pay by credit card for protection but I would look for other sellers in turkey instead of these

Ordered a Liverpool top was sent 2 random tops in wrong size had to open paypal dispute as couldn't get a reply they agreed a refund if I returned the tops back by tracked postage which is going to cost near £15 so the cost of postage againt what I will get refunded is not worth sending back.
So do yourself a favour and stay clear of this seller customer service is appalling
