Never ever buy there again!!!!
Ok, so I ordered some soccer stuff for my son in November to have it delivered to the US for Christmas. Got a notification the next days having the tracking number attached.
Several weeks later, the tracking number was still stating that the package has yet to be brought to the post office. Contacted the customer service immediately just getting the answer that I should look it up on usps as it had to have been arrived in the US already.
But over there, it stated the same. Contacted the customer service again, they told me that it was sent "100%"!
Christmas came, no package here. Thankfully, my son is old enough to know that we are the ones buying the gifts. He was still sad!
Looked up the tracking number today just to find out that the package has finally been brought to the post office. Guess when? Exactly: December 24th.
Thanks for nothing! Hope it really arrives some day. But I will never ever gonna buy anything there anymore!!!!!

I totally agree that the service that you have received from Royal Mail has been very poor, as I told you via email Royal Mail were not scanning parcels in order to save time and to confuse customers due to the strikes that the staff were involved in.
I can assure you we dispatched your parcel on the 29th November 2022. The first proper scan that Royal Mail was on the 24th December when the parcel was first scanned at Heathrow airport. I can only once again apologise.

I don’t usually write reviews. However I have to, this company is so good!!! I ordered a customised jersey literally last min for my partner. Within 2hrs I was told the jersey had been dispatched, and received it within 2days. Amazing customer services updated constantly of the process and also got a 10%discount!! Website great but still waiting for delivery.
I loved the product and the website however Royal Mail still haven't received the item so in terms of service it is hard to comment on something I am yet to receive.

Bought an Arsenal Junior away shirt but…
Bought an Arsenal Junior away shirt but the shorts and socks are out of stock for the last 3 weeks. This is also the case at the Arsenal and Adidas. Think that there is a disconnect in the supply chain management somewhere, most probably at Arsenal.
