We shipped the correct size that you ordered, we emailed back and forth and I explained that on all Nike sock sizes kids and adults the word Adults is printed on the label. You ordered kids size 2-5 which is what you received. On a number of emails I asked you how old your children were in each reply you failed to answer.
The best response you could come up with was that you were an expert in the fashion field. I then invited you to contact Nike or go to your local sports shop and take the socks to confirm that what I was telling you was true.
You wanted Soccer Box to pay for your error, because we refused you decided to leave your thoughts online.

I have purchased countless times with soccer box and did so again like a loyal customer.
This time I purchased a Chelsea top which stated it was for ages 8-10. The child I purchased it for is 7 years old!
The top was soo small it fit on my 3 year old.
When I reached out to the company I was told they couldn't help with exchanging it because it had a players name on the back. Really really disappointed! You have lost a loyal customer.

To confirm, you purchased a 8-10 years size which is the size that we sent.
As per our terms and conditions, if you select to have your shirt personalised we are unable to accept it back as a return as it is no longer in a resalable condition.
If a customer is unsure of the size we always recommend they contact us prior to purchasing and we are more than happy to measure the shirt.
When you contacted our customer service team, as a gesture of goodwill we did offer a discount on a future product.
Although you are unhappy with our decision we hope this information clarifies why we refused to accept your item as a return on this occasion.
