Liverpool shirt for xmas
I purchased a Liverpool away shirt for Christmas for my daughter, good quality and arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was too small and there were no more in stock in a larger size, so requested a refund. Sent it back and within 1 hour of them receiving it, they had processed my refund. After having so many issues over the last few weeks with bad customer service from other companies, I can honestly say it has been refreshing to have good customer service. Thank you

I can confirm you only selected and paid for standard shipping which is why you haven't received your parcel yet. We have replied to your email to our customer service team explaining this.
We do offer a faster shipping service with DHL but you did not select or pay for this option.

Excellent service - arrived quickly and very well packaged. Not sure why postage has to be so much as it cost almost the same amount as the small soft toy I bought. But I couldn't get it anywhere else and it made the perfect birthday present so overall very happy.
