Don't trust the good reviews

Don't trust the good reviews. They use automation/bots which instagram doesn't allow... meaning that your account WILL get banned. Mine got banned and it can never be restored. When I reached out to them for help, they cancelled my subscription and refused to respond to me. Also, the followers they get you are accounts that aren't active... meaning that they aren't going to see your posts when you post them... so.... not worth it.

I'm only using services like Camellia Kay now. It's more expensive but it's a real girl that's actually certified in social media marketing and trained in SEO. My engagement has skyrocketed, my web traffic is up over 200% and my sales have increased too. She only takes a limited amount of clients so she's very quick to respond, very detailed, and always notifies you when need be. I'm pretty sure she has a sale right now. I think the code is "springsale" for 25% off or something. Idk, worth a google search!

I think social steeze is a wonderful…

I think social steeze is a wonderful company that grows your following organically with real followers by liking and commenting on other peoples photos. I love that you can choose the location and hash tags to target exactly who you want as well! It’s not overnight success but it works great and is totoally worth the monthly fee.

Social Steeze is a horrible company

Social Steeze is a horrible company. When I signed up I originally gained some followers, nothing spectacular. Then the following weeks I lost followers not gained. I tried canceling several times and they continued to charge my account week after week. Every time customer service contacted me it was completely different person and they had zero communication between them. This caused so much confusion. Till this day they continue to charge my account. Companies like this should not be able to do business at all. This company is SCAM! BEWARE!

Your company has taken 46 weeks of double payments and I have never used your service. I am very upset and angry and I trust you will see that I deserve a refund on these transactions.

Unbelieveably bad and unprofessional…

Unbelieveably bad and unprofessional customer service, it has only gotten worse as the company has grown. They don't follow instructions for geo-locating or tags/accounts to target well, you can expect an influx of followers that are mostly chinese, indian or spam accounts. It's cheap, and you definitely get what you pay for.

Social Steeze recently switch their payments over to a PayPal system (sketchy); this is text from actual emails I received from their 'team' - note that this is the entire email text, with no information on how to proceed:

Hey there,

I can see that you service will end today, if you wish to continue you will need to setup a new payment plan.

(end of email)

I had been a customer with multiple accounts running for a few months, and when I asked for more information they just sent me a link to their main homepage to start the entire account set up again. I had no desire to continue the service after this exchange, but they kept charging me regardless and kept one of my accounts running without being able to communicate which account they were running over email. There is also no account signin option on their site where you could get any kind of analytics, or even idea of what they are running for your account, which leaves your only email for accessing any account information to email.

DO NOT USE THEM!

Their services are very unprofessional. I paid the money and my instagram account was blocked the same moment as they accessed my account. I emailed them a few times with no reply of course..

Four Weeks - Service Never Started and They Stopped Responding

I signed up and paid 4 weeks ago. They said they were having problems logging in. I did everything on my end to make it happen. I followed up with questions on what else to do or when I could call and what number to dial. I also emailed kimberley(at)socialsteeze(dot)net. They did nothing and were completely unresponsive after the first series of fails. I question whether they even tried because I've had other people (my web programmer, my assistant, etc) log in with absolutely zero problems in the past. No results and no refund. Could go on and on about how bad this company is but just read the other reviews here and you'll understand. I think the positive reviews are by their employees & friends.

Beware of Socialsteeze!

I have read all the reviews. Sadly the money was gone from my account before that!. Like most of the people have mentioned, I have been SCAMMED too!!!. These people are doing the exact same thing i.e they sent me some stupid mails..maybe system generated. Last night I got a mail asking me my username again!..for some auto like/follow-unfollow tactic!...extremely disappointed...if I go by the reviews..dont even know if I will get my money back :(...hoping against hope!

Not a good option - at all

I signed up with SocialSteeze on 11/1. The only part that went well was accepting my payment and setting me up on automated emails. The rest was pretty darn poor. They could not set up the service, and sent about nine emails asking for resets and security codes. They failed to call after multiple requests. I did receive a missed call and several emails asking when to call me back. I replied "call NOW and keep trying", and there would be no reply for another whole day. I never was able to speak with anyone. Today is 11/6 and they issued a refund at my request. This company is not built for service or responsiveness. Tread very carefully; there are better options.

Social Steeze caused my Instagram account to be shut down

This company started by following Instagram users who were nowhere near my target client, despite that I had provided them with usernames and hashtags to target.

They then started leaving spammy comments on other users' posts without my permission.

A few days into using the service, Instagram deactivated my account due to violating their rules.

Stay away from companies like this and handle Instagram yourself.

Terrible customer service. Awful

I usually wait 5 days to update so..."Kimberly" sent a very "concerned" message that I was a fake reviewer, I'm not. Steffany and Logan KEEP sending me emails about Chase and deals and how Social Steeze is the best. I've had NO update from Kimberly or any response to my complaint. Social Steeze are a scam, none of the new followers engaged and i'm mostly deleting them out of sheer embarrassment. There are better services out there guys, but they are more expensive.

It was helpful at first, I saw some growth but there weren't a lot of engaged followers, maybe they were fake. Then they spammed with emails about the $7 deal. No replies to emails about where they were getting followers from and what the $7 deal thing was. I had to spam then with 20 emails to get a reply from them and change my password. Then I threatened them and the refunded me $30 and closed my account. So I didn't get any answer from them about anything not were they helpful. I've heard that they're a scam and have created fake profiles to promote their own company. Beware guys.

Account deactivated by Instagram

It was working - I was getting some random followers that really didn't mean anything for my business. Ok, fine. Then, my Instagram account was deactivated permanently due to violating their policy. I now have NO account and no chance of getting it back. They are unresponsive and I can't get them to confirm to stop billing me. I'm back to square 0 with creating a new IG account from scratch since I cannot access my old one anymore. I took several steps backward by signing up for this.

Can you please send us your customer email, because we are struggling to find you in our system. We have never ever had a customer profile de-activated by Instagram. We believe this is a fake review left by a competitor. If you have done something against Instagram ToS this might have got your account deleted, however we do not break any rules, so therefore it's impossible to have your Instagram deleted by using our service.

Scam Scam Scam UPDATED

Scam Scam Scam

I had 28 emails in one with repeated attempts to log in to my account...they never did. Not hard guys.
I asked for an update and never got one. Got no response to 4 emails to customer support.
They claimed they refunded but did not.
STAY AWAY

EDIT!!!!! I do NOT use my last name on reviews...this is why no account was found. I have emailed Kimberley as requested and will update this review with what is resolved.

EDIT 2! I updated my account USING my last name because Kimberely at Social Steeze gave the impression in her response that this may be a fake review. It is not. Is a real person, leaving a real review.

I am now up to 6 emails to customer support and have copies over roughly 30 emails to and from Social Steeze over abour 36 hours.

I will update this review if I receive a refund BUT the review will remain 1 star as they did not do the work (in spite of me giving them everything they asked for, sending codes within minutes AND putting all my IG settings as they requested) AND I have received NO communication from Customer Service to my inquiries until I posted this review. I still stand by my review.

buy this wothless program with 40 - 100 usd.

before buying this , i used instagram bot for 5-10usd

doing job own my own

it was.. better those days getting pure followers

now i m getting t shirt sellers for my followers

spending 4times or 8times more than that.

i asked this guys for refund.

i dont know how they will act , but i m very

disapointed

Don‘t trust the good reviews here, they‘re all fake, as everything else you find about them on the web. I tried them, it was terrible and I never got my money back for a service I never used.

Update: I followed the advice here of trying to get a refund with PayPal and it has worked. At least that.
