They definitely manipulate the games so that very few people win, yesterday I was supposedly winning, I was in 23rd place so it was very difficult for them to beat me the table is how it looked but checking the results I was in 400th place having a 23 which is ridiculous that in a few hours someone surpasses a place 23, and not just there there are definitely boots operating which play and get the best places they manipulate so that almost no one wins, it is a waste of time there is no fun in a place cheater they only look for referrals so that people subscribe to the casinos and earn more money than they continue to scam, be careful with this site

Kyc was fast for me and I have collected a win it's not to bad its better than putting real money in and you actually have a chance that's fair for everybody....it's legit

KYC is a joke. Dont play until you complete it. Once completed its awesome. Ive won over 600 euros sent right to my paypal. There are several other cashout options too. Paypal no longer available so I use skrill.

My only gripe is when i got my first win (100euros) my kyc wasnt completed so i lost the money. They wouldnt accept certain ID's but once the time expired to receive payout they magically accepted the ID I had. But I have won hundreds of euros in small amounts since then

After your first win, you can't withdraw, they tell you that you have to complete verification of your account and after that they will not answer you

First of all, it's a great concept, just the wrong people backing it. The KYC process took me months to get through, and in that time I lost 4 prizes that I had won. Yes, they say that if you send in the documents before the time runs out that the money is safe, but that's not the case. If you use to many days to deliver another document they ask for, that safety is pulled and the prizes are lost.
And then, if you finally complete your profile, its just a joke. You dont win any more prizes, you rarely win anything at all. And for goodness sake, dont mention RNG or give the mod in the discord server any kind of resistance, he will kick you right out the door, no warning or questions asked.
Just stay away people, its not worth it, use your time on something more valuable.

Only new accounts without kyc win and other people that wins all tournaments.. they use bots..

Total fraud, in 1 spin the top leader gets a 200000x, I bin spinning slots every day for a week for many hours with nothing won. not even 1 EUR.

KYC is painfully slow, they search for excuses not to pay out.

I have email proof explaining that we had more then one person playing in the same house. This was resolved by support as per 18 Nov 2019, at 15:17.

Now when I finally win something they are refusing to pay saying I have multiple accounts? Service is extremely slow. Very poor experience.
