It was such an easy process to go through. Everything was quick just like they claim on there website, and most importantly the staff on hand when you call where fantastic.

SocietyOne provide a user friendly interface and simple uncomplicated finance services. I found the loan application process straight forward and received a response back online within minutes. Providing support document was very easy to do via the online bank statements.com.au system which is a secure service that is link to over 120 institutions in Australia. I was being provided with constant update all throughout the process. Excellent user interface and customer service is the reason why I gave a 5 stars.

I still can't believe how quickly the process was- from entering my information online, to been approved and receiving the funds all within a week!
I hate paperwork and I was happy to see that the initial process required no documents from me - they collected information which only took 5 min to complete. As a financial services company I expected paperwork for the approval process and I was so relieved when this wasn't required.

It goes to show what an agile company they are with their lean thinking. I had a positive interaction with the way they delivered their services and I would highly recommend everyone to give Society One a try - they made the whole process very easy.

I recently decided to consolidate my personal loans with one of the big 4 banks. I contacted SocietyOne and within a week the funds were transferred into my account. I got a much better interest rate and was so easy. Very helpful staff and the whole thing was absolutely painless. I have put this off for about 7 years. Wish I had done it earlier. Definitely give it a go!!!!

So one evening whilst watching TV, I saw the add about Society one and thought I should get a quote since it won't appear in my credit file. In less than a minute, I put in my details and thought the results looked good. Then I clicked on apply, submitted my bank statement with their simple system and in the morning I got an approval. This was really fast and I have now paid off my credit card debts.

me through the process. I like how SocietyOne accepts PDF bank statements and they don't force you to give them
access to your bank accounts. Most of all they made me feel comfortable. The whole experience was excellent. I will definately recommend them to by friends and family.
