It is hard to believe in todays economic climate that a company has such a good returns policy. The very helpful lady (Olivia) in sales could not have been more accommodating. I contacted her on a Tuesday supplying a photo of the complaint. On the Friday of the same week the two fittings had been supplied to me and were fitted and working. Just like to add FREE OF CHARGE.

Delivery was quick
Delivery was quick. Packaged well. Really good quality products. Only one issue for us was that they were a smidge smaller than our last, but I think it was because our last ones have been in place awhile. Hubby had to put bit of filling around one.

A very good service thank you. Even Royal Mail delivered the package the following day even though I didn’t order express delivery!
