Great customer service!

I experienced some issues with shipping (reasonable given the times we live in). I left a low review and contacted customer service about my order because I thought it was truly internal.

I heard back immediately from their team. They offered me a refund which was really appreciated since I really don’t think I’ll be getting it at this point (it’s been well over a month but this is is not their fault after they sent it).

I’ve bought their socks before and love them. Comfortable, durable, and fun! Highly recommend. Shame this shipment likely won’t arrive, but I’m very pleased with the help I got.

Birthday Present!

I bought 3 pair of socks for my daughter's Birthday. They are all excellent quality and well worth the money. The shipment arrived quickly too! I will order from Sockologie again!
