I did not receive my socks although tracking number said they were delivered. Lili responded quickly to my inquiry 1 week before Christmas by expediting the socks in stock and refunding me for the ones that were no longer available. I even added a pair. Great customer service.

The variety of socks was impressive and when I had questions about my order, they were super helpful and friendly! Will be coming back to order more :)

I placed an order with them and the items were not delivered. They said that USPS said they could not deliver the package because of an address error or something. I checked the address multiple times and have had thing shipped to that exact address in the past. I asked for a refund and they told me once the items had made it back to the warehouse they would give me a refund. The order was placed in December. I still do not have a refund and the time has been lost. I’ve also sent 4 emails and they have all been ignored.

I order a pair of black hummingbird socks for ladies about 2 months ago. They were adorable, however after 2 or 3 wears a hole on the toe area appeared and eventually one also on the heel area. I texted CS and stated what had happened. Lili texted me and asked if I would like a replacement. I texted her back and said that would be very thoughtful - to date, I have not received a response or a pair of the socks. Please don’t say you will do something and not back it up - that is not good business practice. Thank you!

Way too small, I wear a women's 9 and this were socks fit for a child, I do not not recommend this brand

cute socks, delivery is a little long but it's worth it.

Customer service is a joke. I tried all day yesterday January 19th to get a hold of someone on there chat option and got nothing. Emailed and got nothing. Ordered socks and paid for 3 day shipping to have them by January 21 (order was placed January 15th) USPS app shows the socks will not be arriving until Saturday January 22. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and find another company to order socks from.

I bought these socks as a gift so I can’t speak to the socks themselves. But I can say that sockologie is a great store. There is a huge variety and I was able to find exactly the very specific thing i was looking for. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. Overall a great shopping experience.

Soft and comfy socks. I love them! People should buy from here if they want something comfortable for every day. "Socks" on them if they won't. Love it!

I did a simple Google search for socks and came across Sockologie. It is always a bit of a risk to purchase from an unknown company, but I took the chance and I am glad I did! Ordering was easy. The socks arrived timely and I received what I had ordered. They kept me updated with emails. They sent a very nice "Thank you for being a customer email."
All of the socks I ordered will be gifts for others. One pair has guinea pigs on them. They are adorable! The photos on the website are reflective of what you receive, if not better (the actual product is better). In total, I ordered six pairs - 5 women's, 1 men's. They appear to be well made in terms of the designs and the material.
After receiving my order, I had an email interaction with someone from the company and she was extremely pleasant. (This was not based on any problems.)

Ordered a few pairs of socks, love them

Ordered socks for a friend’s bday. He loved all the fun whimsical socks I got him. They arrived promptly and nicely packaged. Will definitely order from sockology again.

Easy ordering even with me having to do a change of address after placing the order! My friend absolutely loved his socks - he is a golfer and surfer so absolutely perfect gift ideas!
