Bought bamboo socks in mid-February 2024. All socks already have giant holes in on the toes. Absolutely awful and a total waste of money. Worst socks I have ever bought in terms longevity.

UPDATE: I'm sorry if you can't stomach a negative review for your awful products. What kind of response is that you absolute snowflake.

I buy Bamboo socks for my Dad every year. They're top quality about 80% Bamboo fibre. A lot of other companies advertise Bamboo socks but they're usually only 40% Bamboo. He loves all the different colours. I'm going 2 treat myself to a few pairs myself. It's very hard 2 get socks in my size 13 but they always have plenty of socks in stock. I can't recommend them highly enough 👍.

Terrible service overall. messaged online about a stock query/product details. items were for sale on the website so placed the order and got confirmation of order. 4 days later get a refund and order cancellation email with the offer of 5% off a future order-i already had 10% off the original order being a new customer. emailed to say that wasn't very satisfactory and to ask how this can happen after speaking with an agent...got ZERO reply. waste of time on many levels

Excellent quality socks, very quick dispatch and delivery. The socks are excellent value especially if you have size 14 feet like me & you also need comfort cuffs.

Socks are good quality, wash and wear well, good price, speedy delivery, good variety of fibres, colours and styles.

I ordered a double bundle special offer two pairs x 2 for a discounted price. I sent one pair back (containing two pairs) due to them being faulty, the pattern didn't align.

Then upon opening the second pair to use a while later, I discovered a ladder and pulled thread. I contacted the company given from the original offer of 4 pairs, I only actually had one pair that was good quality, that I was willing to keep.

I was pretty much told, you've had a refund on the first pair SIYAH! Followed this up trying to utilise logic to express that this didn't seem fair and had no response. Won't entertain the company again. SIYAH.

I recant my review. They had me write a review for 20% off and then cancelled my entire order due to 1 item not being available. If I reorder I lose my 20% discount. I emailed to say just send the rest of the order and no response

Easy to use website and delivered very quickly. My husband bought the socks, he likes Jeff Banks brand and has bought these on this site before.

Great service. Ordered x9 pairs of Calvin Klein boxers and delivered swiftly. Great price also. Highly recommend.

These are the best socks I have ever worn, sooo comfortable, no toe seams which is great for my funny feet, soft grip top, doesn’t mark my skin, I would not wear anything else.

Next day delivery of quality socks. Would have given them 5* if there had been a better selection of socks in the size 4 - 7.

Great price, fast delivery and some great patterns. The only small quibble I have is that in an assorted pack, you get no say in which patterns are included. I understand that this probably keeps the prices lower, so I'm happy to order again.

From ordering, which was straightforward, to delivery, which was fast, everything went smoothly.

Had no issues and the socks are good quandary price

I have bought socks from Sock Shop several times and the service has been good, but all the while I've been waiting for the company to end its archaic and unattractive naming of categories. I'm a woman, not a lady. Unless Sock Shop is going to use 'gentlemen' and 'ladies', which is even more ridiculously old-fashioned. The mismatch is excruciating - I feel patronised: I'm not a ladeeee (see 'Little Britain') if my male partner is a simple 'man'.
Sock Shop, the 'lady' thing went out with the ark: it's women's tennis now and women's football, and has been for years … Once you make that correction, I will again by buying your socks.

Always order the bamboo socks for my son, he hates seams on socks and these are perfect, plus they are lovely and soft.

Pure does not mean natural. It means pure as in 'purity'. You have just admitted to using misleading wording. Where there 3 or 4 words to describe and item, there are no lines to read between. The quality of the item is completely different to from the previous version. The interior is scratchy comparison. I dont have the packaging from 4 years ago. But maybe you can illustrate on how much extra polyester is in your "PURE BAMBOO SOCKS" than before. Intentions aside. Your advertising is misleading.

The best place to get Bamboo socks. They’re so comfortable, cool and the tops don’t cut in.
