The machine is ok. The first one I purchased the rebate was lost so I sent it in again. No response from the company so I called and was told it was received too late to apply. This was not known until I ordered a second machine for my husband. You guessed it the rebate was never received, again. The girl I talked too said she would look into it and call me back. No call back.
So the machines seem to be ok the customer service is horrible.

This is a very good machine. The weakest link is the lid latch that is plastic. They do not sell this part so I was told I would need to purchase a new machine. That is unacceptable. I will use tape before I purchase another machine for $250.00.

It’s ok for cleaning the mask only. Don’t know that it’s worth the price. You should modify this to allow it to clean the hose and machine itself also. For the amount of money spent, it should be able to clean the entire system.

So the SoClean 2 sells for $240-$340 Bucks

I have one it works fine but the lid connects with 2 little plastic tabs, smaller then a ball point pen head and mine broke off, 1st one then the 2nd. So the top will not shut so will not work.

So I looked for a replacement Lid?

No they do not make one, it would cost $20 bucks at most.

So if I am out of warranty I can get a new one complete machine at a discount why not just make a replacement lid. Seems the lid is engineered to fail in 2 years, and it is a environmental waste to not make a lid you just pop it on!

I like the SoClean machine it self but am disappointed in the tactics of the company in their rebate offer. I ordered my machine and it was delayed in shipping so I didn't get it right away. So didn't get to Send in rebate in time as they only give you 30 days to complete it. These companies like SoClean instead of taking the money off the top if it's on sale do rebates that they know a large percentage won't submit it or don't do it in the short period of time given. I won't do business with them again and will not recommend them to my friends or family. It's to bad as I like the product but not the companies business practices. If you purchase, I would be ready to jump on the rebate ASAP as you won't have much time, especially if you product is delayed in shipment. The company didn't want to hear it.

It took me a while to order the unit. Now, I am very pleased with the easy operation and how it works.

I loved the ease of putting my stuff in the SoClean each mroning and then not having to put it in the sink with soap and water. I have used it for about a year now, but my face started breaking our around my CPAP mask and I noticed a funny smell. When I went to fill my reservoir with distilled water two nights ago.....there was something growing in the bottom, brownish color, looked like bacterial culture or fungus. I put chlorox in it with soap overngith and it got rid of it, but it showed me that SoClean does not REALLY clean the tubing and reservoir. So I am done with it....even though the convenience was nice. I did not believe the reviews that said it did not really clean the equipment before, but now they were right. We will see if my face clears up as well as the funny smell.

Yesterday I spent 55 minutes on hold to customer care at SoClean. Today I spent another 1 hour and 14 minutes and finally hung up. They said there were only 16 folks ahead of me. Hope you never have to contact this company's Customer Service because of a broken part they make.

So Clean responded to my online order promptly and with quick delivery. So Clean does not disappoint with great parts and service.

Ordered on line. Was delivered within 5 working days.
Did not have charges on the invoice for my records.

The product was easy to order and quick to receive. What more could you ask for in a transaction?

I like the ease of putting my CPAP in the SoClean every morning and have the timer scheduled to run at 10am...very easy. The only thing that isn't the best is the noise when it runs, but it is brief.

Love it. Washing my equipment is not hard it just takes time and I end up draping pieces all over the kitchen to dry. But SoClean is sooooo much easier. Head gear in machine, hose in the side, close the lid and walk away. Bedtime - head gear on, attach hose, turn on my machine and off to lala land. It is pricey but it works and is so easy to use. Thanks SoClean for keeping me free from dirty equipment illness.

I have not had a problem yet and it sure beats handwashing and the mess I had to clean up! So now I have no mess. I love my " So Clean"!

My doctor has brought to my attention a CDC study that says my So Clean machine produces ozone and may be harmful to my lungs.

I still have not received my order. Please don't use UPS followed by "mail innovations" for your packages. Mine has been sitting at the USPS facility in Cleveland for over a week. This is the second time this has happened to me. Somehow, our postal service has devolved into a service that is worse than most 3rd world countries.

Pretty good. The tank could be a little larger. I have a full face mask and it barely fits inside.
