Fantastic products and even better service! The throw and cushion are so soft and cozy. Everything was delivered quickly and carefully packaged. I was so surprised and happy to find a holiday card written in my native language (Lithuanian) and a lovely handmade snowflake as a gift. Such a personal and kind gesture! Great products but the website needs attention. It is hard to navigate. What would help is to have, say, enzo alpaca wraps as one item and all the colours available on that one tile. It is frustrating hunting for colours. Thank you. But the products are fabulous. Nice colours. Fabulous materials. I am allergic to sheep wool. Alpaca is a great alternative.
The brushes were wrapped in wrapping paper, and placed inside a renewable paper bag which was done up nicely using string cord (like the flour bags would have been, sewn at the top). Both can be recycled, showing care for the environment.
