Unable to collect package
Unable to collect package, because you made it sign for.Some of us work Monday - Friday 9-5 and are unable to get to the post office until Saturday then the Post office closes for a long weekend with out putting it on their website. We have secure area Australia Post can leave the package. Will not order again.

Always fast and easy ording
Always fast and easy ording, not hard to order 6 at great price and shipped very quickly.
All the syrups are delicious.
Healthier options to softdrinks with natural flavors and I also live the Kombucha syrups with way less sugar too. I would recommend highly to anyone instead of soda stream flavored syrups.

Mild flavours that are not over sweet
I bought the pack of six flavours to get a variety of flavours at a special price. They have a mild flavour but are not sweet. They are more thirst quenching than cordials. I do think that they are expensive as you need to add quite a lot of the concentrate if you want to taste the flavour. But I’m glad to have found a healthy alternative to the soda stream concentrates which give me migraines.

Wonderful product. Delicious sodas

No movement after one week
I ordered some product a week ago and it has not shipped yet. I understood there could be some shipping delays related to Covid, but I would have expected my order to move beyond the initial confirmation stage within 7 days. Or at least some communication from the company as to the status.
