We ordered 3 seater Jasper and armchair, feather wrapped in velvet manola olive colour. Wowee! Their pictures do not give the product justice. Simply stunning and attention to detail, such as little pocket to hold the end of the zip. Top quality, superb workmanship. Changed the whole look of the room and makes an impact. First question visitors ask is where I bought from, with oohs and ahhhs! Seat cushions softening up nicely. Love the spring back cushions, a quality sofa. One of my best purchases. I'm in love with my sofa and armchair. Delivery guys were in and out. Polite and professional. Highly recommend. Quality sofa at very reasonable price.

Ordering was easy, they were so accomodating and quick with delivery and the delivery men were lovely. The quality and style is exactly what I was looking for and honestly great value for the quality.

Third time we have purchased a Regency Settee and chairs. Antique gold leather is a great colour. Received goods as promised and highly delighted.

I purchased the Albany two seater sofa and club chair online. Lovely quality and they fit perfectly in my small cottage sitting room. Customer services were excellent and the delivery drivers were so helpful.

I bought two leather sofa's from Sofa Sofa but u fortunately when they arrived the seat height wasn't as we expected so they were unsuitable.after contacting the company they were very helpful even offering to send out replacements but we were worried we may end up in the same situation so we opted for a collection and refund. Collection was arranged for two weeks later and although it was a little inconvenient having two sofa's sitting around the house fora couple of weeks I fully understood that they couldn't arrange collection until they had a vehicle in my area. The collection team were very polite, friendly and efficient and soon enough the sofa's were on there way back to Wales. The refund was processed a couple of days after collection which was very quick. Although the sofa's were not suitable for us, it's worth noting that the quality of the furniture was excellent and very well made.
Things often don't go as planned when buying online but a company can be judged by how they deal with these situations and Sofa Sofa excelled in this area so well done to them!

We visited the factory earlier in the year from our home in Cornwall, but whilst in the middle of a complicated house move. The website was excellent, but we wanted to make sure the furniture we were looking to order was comfortable too. The factory and showroom were easy to find and the choice surpassed all expectation. The showroom was very well set out, with lots of choice and staff were very helpful too. By dealing directly with the manufacturer their prices were excellent too! We chose two Lydia sofas and a bench stool, all in Manolo Sage. Due to our house move we weren’t certain about dates, but SofaSofa were brilliant, we were able to delay delivery until after we had decorated, re-carpeted and were more settled in our new home. Communication was excellent throughout and the two delivery staff advised of their arrival time and were also very careful and efficient. We’re very pleased with the furniture and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this family business.

I was nervous to purchase a sofa that I have never sat on. I did LOTS of research on various platforms and then phoned up SofaSofa directly to reassure myself of their returns policy. They sent loads of fabric samples and finally selected Jasper 3 seater in Manola Olive. Communication was good throughout and delivery was set for 8 weeks after order. The lovely Welsh fellows finally arrived (after calling about an hour away). They were extremely nice chaps, especially given it was a boiling hot day and they had been on the road delivering for the whole day (I am in the North East). They brought the sofa in, set it up where I wanted it, friendly and polite at all times. I was so delighted with my sofa that within a week I ordered a further 2 seater and matching foot stool. Both have been delivered in the last few weeks and I couldn’t be happier. I went for the foam and feather seat cushions and added the fabric protection (v grateful for this as the cat shat on it not long after delivery!! Grrrr). Would definitely recommend this company and this specific sofa.

Sofa Sofa was recommended by a friend so I dropped into their huge showroom in Wales where they have everything on display and very helpful staff. The time from ordering to delivery was much faster than they estimated and the quality and value for money is excellent. It's good to support a local Welsh business as well. Recommended.

Extremely impressed by Sofa

We visited the store ,where staff were very helpful. We were able to choose a sofa and have it made in the leather colour of our choice as a special order( at no extra cost) Communications via email were prompt and appropriate and delivery was exactly as agreed. Delivery guys were friendly and placed sofa just were we needed it. Excellent all round service. This is the third time we have used this company. Our previous sofas lasted 20 years so excellent products
