I ordered a 3 seater Albany sofa in the Shaftesbury natural fabric. The whole process was very smooth starting with a virtual appointment and ending in a timely delivery. They provided an excellent customer service throughout and resolved all my issues. The sofa itself is beautiful with great quality fabric and colour, even more beautiful than the online photo. Recently purchased a Jasper three seater sofa and loveseat in Manolo sage from SofaSofa.

Ordered in advance as was moving to our new house from abroad and timings were very clear and accurate from the outset, which was important for us.

Colour, quality and look of sofas is absolutely lovely. Had lots of compliments on them already. They’re still a little on the firm side but starting to settle in the more we use them.

We have a corgi so was worried it would be difficult to get the hair off but not at all, quick brush or light vacuum and good as new.

Delivery was clear and I was kept updated through the whole process by email. The two chaps who came on the day were very friendly and careful.

This was our family's fifth purchase from SofaSofa over the years. Great value for money furniture and lovely efficient staff on the sales and delivery side whether ordering in the showroom, online or by telephone.

This Company is excellent in every way. There is no risk at all in ordering a sofa from SofaSofa as you are given 21 days from delivery to decide if you want to keep it - which we did! After watching tv on an evening I sometimes sleep on the sofa all night as I am cosy and comfortable. Ordering and delivery was straight forward. Our previous sofa was G Plan which was not a patch on SofaSofa.

From placing our order to delivery we were treated well. Over the years we have previously brought from Sofa Sofa (the mezza range) twice.
This time we decided to go for the Aspen in Vintage Slate. wow wow wow. So pleased we did just like the mezza it's built to last.
Very comfortable and looks stunning.
The delivery men were absolute stars, contacted us to say they were 20 minutes away.
They were very polite and professional a credit to Sofa Sofa. Can not fault this company and if we could give more than 5 stars we would.

The delivery of our two new sofas and footstool, was not good or smooth.There was a lot of banging and huffing and puffing and they broke a neighbours downstairs banister spindle and did not report it to us! and the company refused to compensate for the damage. Also, compared to the quality of similar sofas we purchased approximately 18 years ago, they do not compare. They were much more substantial and better built years ago. We will not use these people ever again, for these reasons. Such a shame.

Ordered a sofa & decided to change it for a smaller sofa and chair. Extremely smooth process, customer support and delivery team were great & put up with delays in delivery at our end. Sofa/chair look great and are extremely comfortable, would recommend.

I have bought several sofas from Sofa Sofa over the years. They are always high quality, and the service provided is wonderful. My most recent order had to be postponed due to issues beyond my control. The staff at Sofa Sofa were incredibly kind and thoughtful. I can’t praise them enough. My new sofas have just been delivered, and always it went like clockwork, and the drivers were lovely. What an all round great company.

Whilst being initially pleased with our 2 Jasper sofas, it became apparent that they are difficult to get up from due to the fact that they slope backwards and the cushions also sink backwards. We contacted the company about this as to whether any thing could be done to improve this, however the reply was that it was part of design . We found the sofas disappointing and reply from Sofa Sofa to be uninterested and unhelpful.

We went to the store in Wales, checked out the sofas. Ordered a sofa and sofabed. The while process was utterly. Seemless. Recevied them within 4 weeks of ordering. Teh peole who delviered were extremely helpful in telling us what time they were arrviing. We had concerns about gettign them through the door to our apartment, they did it with ease. Set the two sofas up and off they went.

The Sofa's are exceptionally comfortable and beautiful. We are so pleased with them and at the reasonableness of them. Every touch point with the company was very nice. All the epople were nice. Really can't find a fault with them at all. Highly recommend.

Great furniture, well made which looks lovely in my room. Sales staff extremely helpful and delivery guys experts at placing items in the room through various doors and giving advise on castors with my wooden floor. I would highly recommend Sofa Sofa.

Couches arrived far quicker than had been expected, which was amazing. The team called a few times to arrange the delivery slot and also later to remind me and check that the delivery slot was still ok.

Couches great quality. Nice and comfy. I got the feather and foam which I believe was the right choice.

I'd seen such good reviews of SofaSofa that I drove from Liverpool to make my choice. The sales staff were patient and helpful. My chair was delivered just over 3 weeks later & I am delighted. The quality is excellent & the 21day refund/exchange policy is amazing. Don't hesitate.

We received our 3 seat Mia sofa on Monday from the wonderful delivery drivers, no issues getting the sofa in safely.
The sofa colour (opulent olive) is glorious and the velvet is very smooth. The foam cushion option is firm but comfortable, which is just what we wanted. We hope that the sofa goes on as well as it has started.
We usually have issues choosing furniture for our front room as it is petite, but the online measurements were accurate and the sofa fits in the space perfectly.
We also received our sofa arm caps on the same day by courier even though I ordered them a day after the sofa - great timing!
