I’m extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated as a customer.
My first order never arrived, so I contacted the company to report the issue. This was completely out of my control and clearly a problem with their delivery or supplier.
Despite this, I decided to place another order. However, before it was even dispatched, Claire from Soft Floor Company called me and said that because of the previous issue, she would not be continuing with my order and would instead refund me. I found this very unfair, as I had done nothing wrong.
What made things worse was how the call was handled. I wasn’t even given the chance to fully explain or respond before she abruptly hung up the phone, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when the issue was not my fault. If there are problems with orders not arriving, the company should be reviewing their own processes rather than refusing service to customers.
Overall, a very disappointing experience
