I have been purchasing Microsoft software from Softvire for many years now. Never had an issue with licensing, even checked with MS if keys are genuine. What I like is their prompt attention to a purchase. Support has been excellent.

Very prompt delivery of ESD keys for Windows, Office etc. Excellent pricing. Very easy to use quote to payment gateway.

Softvire is an authorized reseller and distributor of a variety of helpful software, including Microsoft, Adobe, Cadsoft, Kaspersky, AVG, Dragon, and others. We paid less than a thousand dollars on the bundle and another thousand dollars on the extras. We haven't had any issues with license expiration since the purchase, which simply demonstrates that everything they sell is genuine.

Don't buy from this company, they tried to push me to change from my current partnerships to buy from them, but couldn't answer basic questions around their support.

They advised if you have issues with installing you can email their sales team, for any other issues you have to go direct to the vendor.

I asked if they have a direct support line I can call as my clients require 24/7 support, so cannot rely on sending an email to a sales team to get a technical issue resolved, they didn't know what technical support I was talking about, I gave an example and they again said I would have to contact the vendor direct as they only help with installation

I pointed out that many software vendors have specific support tiers in place whereby I cannot contact them directly and need to go to my reseller in the first instance for support and if they cannot resolve the issue, they will need to contact the vendor on my behalf as they hold the relationship.

They then went off on a tangent about being the wholesaler for Microsoft, I queried if they meant that they were a direct reseller for Microsoft, they said no we are the wholesaler for Microsoft, so queried if this was a new subsidiary of Microsoft as I was not aware that there was a new method of purchasing licenses outside of current direct reseller / indirect reseller model within Microsoft.

They advised that they didn't know what I was talking about, at which point I advised that I would be reporting the call to Microsoft and they quickly ended the call saying I wasn't interested and hung up.

DON'T BUY FROM SOFTVIRE! They are not genuine sellers. It is not worth the few cents you may save buying from them, they will not support you later on when you discover they're dodgy as anything.

Genuine seller, genuine product. I got my Bitdefender security on the same day, followed by an email from the customer support executive, Lucky Inovero who sent a very helpful and easy to follow instructions on how to setup the app. Best value for money product, will be back in future. Overall excellent customer service support!
