I would have no hesitations in recommending this company. The product I bought was excellent value for money and the communication involving the purchase was next to none. I cannot fault Software Bear.

My old computer basically died, leaving me desperate to get an Office Licence as quickly as possible for the (rather old-fashioned) computer my Department gave me. I was lucky enough to note that Software Bear were selling an old licence suitable to Windown Vista, the OS on the computer. The price was really reasonable and I received my product key per email hours after I'd completed my online purchase with them. I haven't experienced a single problem ever since. As easy and as straightforward as this. These lads know what they're doing, for sure.

There are a lot of scam key sellers around, but I can definitively say that these work. Follow the detailed instructions provided and everything will be fine, if it isn't they are prompt and helpful.

This is a genuine great company, i did have a problem at first but these guys sorted me out straight away ( turns out it was my fault). I really could not of asked for more & would always make this my first stop before going anywhere else.

I bought a copy of Windows 7 to upgrade my laptop from Windows Vista. Software Bear provided great service and assistance when it proved difficult to install. Unfortunately, my device is incapable of that particular upgrade and in order to install the software, it would be necessary to delete all the programmes & files and go back to basic settings. I therefore decided it was not worth the hassle. Software Bear provided even more excellent service by giving me a full refund as I was not going to make use of my purchase. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. I would happily go to Software Bear for any other software needs which may arise in the future.

I ordered this Microsoft Office from Amazon. I expected it to come in the form of a CD to download. In fact, having queried this, I received a phone call - from England! - explaining that I would simply have to download a code. Well I did and the downloading process was totally idiot proof. The customer service is excellent and I would recommend Software Bear to anyone.

I bought a copy of Windows 7 from them when they were trading on Amazon. The download and installation was pretty straightforward however within a few days it was saying the key code provided by them on email was not valid. They replied to my messages quickly and sorted me out with a new key code which has worked fine. I'm really happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

To be honest I was very skeptical at first with the price of the software. After purchasing and receiving the key not once did I have any problems or hiccups, definitely will be using their services again.

Was a bit sceptical about buying the Windows 10 licence but I thought for this price I've got nothing to lose. Had issue trying to register with Microsoft. Emailed them and within minutes they had responded and guided me through the process of registering directly with Microsoft. Will definitely be checking out their other products. Great price and superb customer experience
