Las claves funcionan bien, el trato al cliente un desastre y encima en vez de informar te insultan. Una pena, no vuelvo a comprar mas, no tiene educación.

La verdad que aqui el unico prepotente y maleducado es usted.. y si no va a comprar mas productos en nuestra tienda la verdad que para luego ser tratados asi.... es mejor que no regrese... por que su forma de actuar es de una persona muy ignorante . ser comprador en una tienda no le da derecho a faltar el respeto a los vendedores.. claro esta que su cuenta la bloquearemos.

Gentile Cliente. in ripetute occasioni abbiamo gia detto e dimostrato che la sua licenza e stata usata in piu pc di quanti include la licenza e per questo motivo GIUSTAMENTE il produttore le ha bloccato la licenza e noi non dobbiamo sostituirle una licenza che lei ha invalidato violando le condizioni di utilizzo del prodotto..
