Excellent customer service. Good features for the price. I particularly like how easy it is to share instant feedback with participants (for example, their average in a category of questions as compared to other participants).

SoGoServey is one of the most potent survey tools that I have used to date. One can quickly draft survey with various question types like ranking, selecting multiple options by means of radial and square selection boxes, with the automatically added option for custom answers; it also has a weighting option to questions. The drag and drop workflow enables ones to draft quite complex surveys in a very short period of time. The multiple question options made it easy to develop and plan out the study. They also allowed for a diverse compiling of the data to meet the needs of the overall direction the paper was going to be taking. Besides those features, one can easily present the survey in multiple languages. Where the data gets consolidated and automatically analysed and the results displayed in an excellent graphical manner for easy reading and explaining. The people using the survey found it to be easy to follow, and the translation application was essential in gathering information from the most diverse number of survey targets. I have no complaints with this survey generator and will be suggesting it to my other colleagues or my professors. It has made collecting data as easy as can be. Thanks for making my research paper much easier to accomplish.

SoGo Survey suited me the most. it has a simple structure menu, extremely friendly User Interface, supporting guidance tools and had immetiate support. The survey (URL) could work/operate in all program and devices, even in communication apps such as Viber!

This review is based on my experience with the Free Version of SoGoSurvey:
So, we basically conducted a pretty basic survey, with an implemented skip logic and various kinds of questions. Before consulting SoGoSurvey we wrote down what questions we wanted to ask and how we wanted them to be answered. In the beginning we thought we’d only use multiple choice with one or more selectable answers. While we entered the questions into SoGoSurvey we found out that there were a lot more types of questions we could chose and implemented them right away. The result was a very diverse survey with different types of questions, so it didn’t feel repetitive. This complemented the content of our survey very well and from the feedback we got from the interviewees, they liked it as well. After an exhausting few hours of surveying (even SoGoSurvey can’t help with that) we finally got enough data, so we could export them. This was made very easy with the SoGoSurvey interface and we exported the results into a csv.file. From that we could easily do our excel-based analysing and after some more hours of data handling, we ultimately got the results we wanted. Luckily those results supported our prior hypothesis and we could implement the survey into our project.

SoGoSurvey is very responsive and reliable, you do not need to wait endlessly for feedback. They are with you every step of the way.

I am a graduate student. And I find the survey system extremely easy to use in developing the surveys and extracting reports. I think this is a very good survey platform. It help me conduct my survey easily and efficiently. As a student,i also can get a free account for academic research. It is a great help for me and other student. The interface is fairly easy to use, and the customer support is truly fantastic; their tech and customer support staff always respond quickly and help resolve any issues I’m experiencing. SoGoSurvey enables us to evaluate our educational trainings and initiatives in a way that other survey tools simply cannot do.

PROS: We use SoGoSurvey because it offers the following key features, some of which are not available with other survey platforms: 1) the ability for respondents to print out their responses once they're finished 2) the ability for respondents to save and return later to finish longer surveys 3) the ability to either generate a multi-use survey link OR send individual invitations, thereby allowing for tracking of respondents; reminders can also be sent just to those who have not responded 4) a large number of question types, including advanced, multiple-part grids 5) skip logic and advanced branching functionalities 6) advanced reporting capabilities, with nearly 20 different kinds of nicely formatted reports available 7) highly competitive pricing for nonprofits/educational organizations

CONS: The skip logic/branching interface can be a bit difficult to use, depending on what you're trying to do. For example, the advanced branching feature has no "hide/skip page" option, and therefore requires an expert level of proficiency in branching logic in order to create more complex surveys. Luckily, this is likely not an issue for the majority of survey users. Also, the only way to get a report that exports both qualitative and quantitative data is to run a “Segmentation” report (which only works if you have a question by which you can segment) or subscribe at the Enterprise level (which might be out of your budget).

Amazing support, robust, enterprise-grade survey platform. I have been very pleased with the automation and process improvement that SoGoSurvey has enabled our team over our previous provider. With the pressures of studying an MBA and time is of short supply, you need a reliable , easy to use survey tool like SoGoSurvey with realistic and applicable templates to get you moving. There is no time or resource to learn a new application and sogosurvery does this with such ease. I needed 2 surveys, one real one for my research topic and one for testing the data, so there is this very useful feature where you can store a particular section of the survey question into a Question bank to use on your test survey. This sped up my design and testing phase and I was able to determine if the survey was applicable and that the data was clean and useable for analysis. I was able to put logic and methods even before I got the actual survey from my real participants.
The other feature that was useful was that you create email templates to the different test candidates. This way you could see how the actual survey starts and ends so that you can set some expectations for your real participants. Also I was able to use a shared url and sent it via WhatsApp and it worked like a charm. It also tested the survey was able to work on different operating systems and smart phones and devices .This is very important , otherwise you then have to select your participants and you could end up with disproportionate participants and not true indicative survey data.
I am excited to use SoGoSurvey and would recommend it to my fellow students and others expressing to carry out a survey without spending too much on price and steep learning curves

SoGoSurvey is a great tool in order to create surveys. I work for a small non-profit and use it to create forms that we post on our website for potential volunteers to fill out. I like SoGoSurveys' tools to create surveys and forms quickly and easily. The forms designs can be modified to fit different color schemes and are quick and easy to make. There is a learning curve initially in learning to create the forms. Also, it can be tricky once logged into the site to look at form responses, but once those have been figured out, it is a great tool. I have recommended this to others!

I found SoGoSurvey online whilst looking for a cloud based application through which to create a survey for my BSc dissertation. I found the website fairly user friendly, if somewhat designed more for business users. The ability to customise the design is excellent and I enjoyed browsing the different survey templates available, though I did create my own survey layout due to the nature of my target audience. The website does offer a free upgrade for all students which is fantastic for those currently studying and only requiring one or two surveys. The multiple options available in designing your survey questions, such as matrix grids, intellimatrix, demographic text boxes and likert scale can be modified which makes building your survey easy. Also, the feature for previewing each question allows for quick adjustments before finalising your survey. As a complete novice in survey design, I particularly favoured the predefined survey questions. These allowed me to see answer suggestions to my questions, some of which had not even occurred to me. I found publishing my survey straight forward, and the addition of an access count was a fantastic means of calculating my response rate. As I am not working within my target audience industry, I was unable to send invites - the access count is a great measurement tool in cases like this.

Overall I would highly recommend SoGoSurvey to all students due to the multiple features and ease of use. The support team are fantastic, with fast response times and the various data export options will provide variety to your reports when analysing your data.

SoGoSurvey is an amazing tool. We have been using SoGoSurvey since 2013 for very different projects, including research, customers satisfaction surveys, training evaluations, etc. It allows you to create customized surveys on very different topics, with a very different types of questions: text box, rating, grid questions, etc. and to include your institutional logo and image. The one-single use surveys allow to follow up throughout the whole process: if the survey has been opened, read and answered. This option is great to conduct research questionnaires, so you can follow up which key informant has participated already. You can save your questions in answer banks to be used time ang again. Your previous surveys are also reusable and edited very easily. It also allows multi-use link surveys which can be distributed and get to more people. And you can publish the survey in your website or even in your social media. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use for everyone, even for total beginners. It also produces amazing reports, both quantitative and qualitative for an easy analysis, with great charts that you can transfer to a power point very easily saving a lot of time. The support team is very efficient and quick answering any question in detail. We strongly recommend SoGosurvey.

We have been using SoGoSurvey for about 5 years now. They offer FREE education plans.
The survey platform this excellent, the tools are very well laid out and simple to use. You can save your questions in answer banks so you can use them time and again. There is a VERY useful reminder email function too. Oh and not to mention the awesome analysis tools. You can get your results in charts and put in a PowerPoint in just a few clicks. This used to take days of work.
The customer support is great too. Very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to use this for the next 5 years. Thank you SoGo.

SoGoSurvey is a great tool for conducting the research, also if you are a student. I found the platform online and it was ranked really high on the overall criterias, in comparison, to, for instance, GoogleForms or SurveyMonkey. I am a currently writing my thesis and the SoGoSurvey platform offers an extensive range of differet analytical tools which is perfect for me. Moreover, what got me most was the excellent support team which answered my questions and solved the issues I had within half an hour. I really fellt supported so I am truly grateful for that! As a principal, SoGo Survey has been an extremely useful tool for me that I have utilized to gather detailed information from students, parents/guardians and staff. The information that we have been able to gather has given "voice" to MANY stakeholders within our school community and has been used as a data point within our school improvement work. I also have used SoGo Survey to give my staff a way to provide an anonymous evaluation of me. SogoSurvey is a great tool that helped me a lot to do my postgraduate university research. The website is really easy to navigate starting from the registration process, where everything is explained step by step. You also receive a welcome email with an offer to schedule a conversation with a real person to explain the features of the portal. I think that really proves the level of customer support that the company offers. The design of the survey is again really straight forward, you can customise all of the aspects of your survey and apply different backgrounds, logos and colours. The interface is very user friendly and easy to get your head around. There is plenty of tools that help you with sharing the survey and live tracking of how many people applied. The portal also offers in depth statistics of your surveys which you can take advantage of, this aspect is also customisable so it is really easy to remove any info you don’t need. You can also export your reports to other programs such as excel... this really helped me with the data analysis for my research! Overall I am really happy with the portal and their offer.
