Sogolytics offers everything I could have hoped for from friendly support staff to excellent customisable survey designs. You can do just about anything on the survey design - there are multiple question types and even visual displays that can make your survey look exactly how you would like! 100% pleased.

SoGoSurvey has been incredibly easy to use. We can create member surveys in just a few clicks, using a variety of question styles and design elements. No training required. Distribution is easy and results are collected, collated and analysed. Just wonderful!

SogoLytics is a perfect platform to use for our small non-profit organization to collect data from our program participants! I love that it is very easy to use and I can customize our survey with a picture of the program and personal message. Data can be also downloaded straight to an Excel spreadsheet which saves a lot of time for me! Their customer service is fast and very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone!

Sogolytics is very easy to use, and a great way to make a professional-looking survey. I also really like the already-made charts it creates when you have data.

The interface is great but accessing the students and other plans is kind of convoluted. Some links and better UI would be sick

For a first impression, the interface appears user-friendly and clear, with many templates under different categories that are adaptable. Sogolytics also appears to have data management and basic visualization which may be useful for my research. After I signed on, there were useful tips and expert advice that aligned with what I have read in the literature. I am excited to explore the features as a doctoral student and hope it will be useful for my research.
