Excellent product with excellent customer service

I've compared a lot of survey tools to conduct a scientific survey for my research. I've stopped searching after I tried using SoGoSurvey. SoGoSurvey is absolutely reliable, feature-rich even in the free version and has everything you need to conduct a survey. It's a very professional tool and even a great choice for seminar works at university or just smaller survey. Full recommendation.

I have been using SoGoSurvey for the past year of my PhD. I chose SoGoSurvey because they offered an amazing package at a great price! SoGoSurvey is easy to navigate and use and the end surveys are as well! One perk is they offer an export to SPSS option, which has been a life saver and a time saver for my PhD!

The Survey tool helped me and my fellow students wonderful to make a survey for our courses. We even felt extra special when we where able to use our uni logo as a header!

I have always found SoGo survey extremely useful for use in the academic sector, notably in a primary school.

We particularly use it to assist in obtaining information around our school
community to help understand what is working well and the improvements we need to make, which is extremely important for the head and the governing body. Without the support of SoGo Survey, we wouldn’t be able to achieve this, well, we could but it wouldn’t be anywhere near as efficient, as the survey is really easy to send out and because the responses are in a downloadable format, it is easy to shape the data for my needs and to assess it from all different perspectives.

Given the current climate, it is especially important to understand how people feel we are progressing as a school from an academic perspective but also from a wellness / support perspective.

I have always found their site and tools extremely user friendly and the customer service is second to none; they are extremely fast at responding to queries, which is something you don’t always see with some customer services.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using them.

Helping Churches Reach Their Communities

We are very grateful for SoGoSurvey. They have streamlined the process of creating our surveys, tracking responses, and generating reports so we can focus on strategizing for positive change and celebrating success we otherwise may not have noticed. SoGoSurvey's elegant reports plainly show what is going well and what areas could use some tactical alteration or encouragement in a different direction. Their bar graphs, percentages, and verbatim responses listed for each question are very helpful for us. We use SoGoSurvey to view congregation's demographics, perspectives, opinions, and desires all at once to present churches with a clear view of what they have been doing well and to challenge them in area they can grow in. If it weren't for SoGoSurvey, we would have to mail and collect individual surveys and work through pages to compare at least 20 people's notes for 30+ questions, costing hundreds in time, supplies and postage. The only thing that we hope changes someday is the size of the editing window. When editing multiple choice options, the window doesn't expand as we type, so it only shows about 16 characters at one time. Regardless, SoGoSurvey is still incredibly user-friendly; we just have to double check our spelling on those kinds of questions after saving them. SoGoSurvey has saved our non-profit organization a lot of time and money in gathering responses for our reports and presentations.

Our small charitable society is pleased with SoGoSurvey’s features that help us achieve one of our goals of staying in touch with our program participants. A few of these features are: a) clear, easy steps in creating surveys and results reporting, b) the ability to copy an existing SoGoSurvey survey for a new survey iteration, and c) data results downloaded straight to an Excel spreadsheet which saves us a lot of time since it cuts out the copy and paste routine of questions and survey participant feedback retrieval. Our organization is also very happy that SoGoSurvey offers a free annual plan option for non-profits like ourselves. On a tight budget it’s a welcome relief to find an online software company that is willing to give non-profits a break. Non-profits need to do a little work to qualify for a free annual subscription by writing up a 200+ word review of SoGoSurvey (such as this review) and posting to Google or other review platform. Another requirement for a free subscription is to have a SoGoSurvey logo on your website’s home page with a link to SoGoSurvey’s website. We consider these steps to be well worth the effort to gain access to a top-rated online survey system.
