Customer service was fabulous. They responded promptly to my questions and gave me specific information on size charts and availability of specific items in my size. The dress I ordered was gorgeous, though it did not work well for my figure. The fabric and construction were impeccable. Customer service helped me with my international return and refund. I highly recommend this designer and this company!

Great customer service. Saw a dress on istagram, and could not find it anywhere. sent a mail to customer service and they found me a stockist and I was able to order immediately.
Dress has arrived 2 days later.
The only issue is the dress was significantly creased on arrival, not lined. I expected the fabric to be much better quality given the price tag. So much so that any underwear underneath, the outline could be seen, its was so thin. You'd expect that from satin, but the quality crepe fabric I expected. so unfortunately I have to return it. Please line your dresses if going to have this kind of price tag.

Customer Services were really helpful in advising on stock and, unasked, offered support with information on particular fabrics and dress fit.

I bought a beautiful gown for my son’s wedding.The size,the quality and the making of the gown was perfect.I was little disappointed when i received my gown in a cheap black plastic bag.I expected to receive it in a luxury package as i paid a lot of money for this gown.

Customer service is very helpful and open to cooperate. They respond very fast and all problems are solved immediately.

I am so blown away at the customer service I have received from Sally. She was absolutely amazing! I made a mistake and sent the wrong dress back and she helped me return the right dress and order the right size. She even reminded me I never used the "First Time" 15% off purchase and added to my order. Just above and beyond!

When I was disappointed to learn the size I had ordered was actually out of stock, Solace London went above and beyond to hold the size above and below and then express shipped the new size. Additionally they made sure I got my first timer discount that I did not originally use on my order. What started as disappointed ended up being a super pleasurable experience. Awesome customer service!
