Have been without solar generation now for 5 months. Being the entire summer, this means around $1000 loss to us!! Initially was terrible service/response from the installer (solar force), they finally got someone out to test everything, but once the inverter has been identified as faulty by them it's been silence from Solis. This is shockingly bad. I am super disappointed, and regret our purchase.
We have been without our Solar Panel batteries for 5 months now. The cause was thought to be the batteries themselves but after thorough testing it was found to be the Solis Inverter. Solis completely refuted this to begin with and needed three separate visits from the solar company's technicians. All three explained what a nightmare it was trying to deal with Solis technical support and all spent more than 3 hours waiting and trying to persuade them that the inverter was faulty. Eventually on 19th December they accepted it was their issue and said that a replacement would be sent immediately after Christmas, but now on 13th January no sign!?!?!
