Brilliant stuff
I had my Fox kit installed by a solar4good guys in May. I’ll admit, this investment which is something great for the environment as its green, isn’t cheap, but with the right tariff, which they advise on and they test your house with the latest tariffs and batteries etc. at home, this is very fast.
You can see the return in your money as they share details and how much you save or earn depending on the panels, battery and use over time.
They do all the recommending as their customer service is brilliant over the phone and in person. Very professional and personable. I had a cheaper quote but went with them after meeting them.

Working with Rahi and his team was an excellent experience. From the initial quote to the installation everything was smooth and professional. The installation team turned up early and had the panels and battery installed in half a day. I even had space on the roof for additional panels so spoke to Rahi who arranged for more panels to be installed a few days later. I couldn’t be more happier with these guys. Planned a bespoke installation for my family of five
Thank you to Manan and his brillaint team (Solar4Good Assemble!) who installed the Fox battery and AIKO panels. Not an easy roof space either but they seemed to have the experience. They certainly didn't mess about!
The best bit? The guys took their sweet time planning the best approach based on energy usage for my family of five. My growing family and their requirements (we plan to use more electricity by night as the kids get older and maybe upgrade to an EV in 2028) dictated our battery size, inverter size and number of panels. Not to mention the Octopus tariff we selected, which directly affects the ROI for the £11,000 we spend here. A big sum for us and we need to get that investment back.
So, they were friendly, competent, patient and planned for our family's future needs. Bespoke is the word. Good luck!!

Non pushy sales, honest and quick to install
It’s always daunting committing to outlaying a large amount of money but Rahi and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. Not in the slightest bit pushy. Were able to fit 8 panels when other suppliers said they could only fit 5! No hard sales pitch just honest information that I could take away and read. So far so good after installation today.

Thank you to S4G systems support during an outage problem on my solar system.
As always Edward was quick and efficient in dealing with my enquiry.
He Introduced me to a new system engineer Rommel who then took over with the enquiry and took this to resolution.
The system fault took a week to resolve which wasn't too pleasing but I'm happy it finally did get fixed. This is the reason I scored 4/5 stars, if the issue had been resolved within 4 days the score would have risen to 5/5.
As a side note: A bit of additional information on the cause of the fault would also be welcome just for some background knowledge and historical record keeping.
Thanks again to both Edward and Rommel for the support they have shown.
