With excellent customer service from start to finish, we would definitely recommend Solar4Good – they have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
My husband and I had wanted solar panels for a long time, but we had a bad experience with another company who were very pushy and didn’t give us any time to properly think things through. Because of that first experience, we were quite sceptical about trusting another solar company.
Solar4Good completely changed that for us. Ethan gave us excellent advice and never made us feel pressured. He even gave us a full week to think about our decision while still allowing us to keep the promotional offer, and we didn’t need to pay a deposit to hold the promotion offer, which really helped us feel comfortable.
Once we made our decision, Rahi called me the very next day to thank us for choosing them, which was a really nice personal touch. He even sourced the specific solar panels we preferred. I’ve asked a lot of questions along the way, and the communication has been excellent from start to finish.
As Rahi said, we’re like family now for the next 25 years, and that’s exactly how they’ve made us feel. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service.
Our solar panels are now installed and the installation team were very polite, professional, and left our home clean and tidy afterwards.

Specifically an engineer called Rommel made a lot of effort to help get my system back on line recently and he was extremely helpful and practical. He has asked me twice to put a review for him on here.
However Solar4Good's main organisation leaves a lot to improve in its responsiveness.

"I recently had my 2010 solar system upgraded by Josh Taylor and Scott Queen from Solar4Good, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Upgrading an older system while trying to protect a Feed-in Tariff (FIT) can be complex, but their technical expertise was evident from the start. They replaced my 16 aging 250w Sungrid SG panels with 14 modern, sleek 475w high-efficiency panels, significantly increasing my generation capacity within a smaller footprint.
What impressed me most was their clever configuration to maximise my financial returns. They retained my original SMA 3800 inverter to keep my existing FIT system fully compliant and intact. To handle the additional power, they installed a secondary split Fox ESS inverter for the remaining system, allowing me to benefit from the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) on the new capacity.
Josh Taylor and Scott Queen were professional, tidy, and took the time to explain how the dual-inverter setup works. If you are looking to modernise an old solar array without losing your original tariff benefits, I highly recommend this team for their brilliant service and technical "know-how."

Sigsystem reusable to connect to new wireless
We changed our wireless so the sigenergy system was unable to connect. The app did not give any usefull guidance. Rommel at solar 4 good helped sourcing several videos and finally we were able to reconnect.

Honesty with customers looking to take the leap to solar or battery is a rare thing with many other providers but S4G were there from the get go Unlike other qutations from other companies who are happy to give you plenty of BS, sell you stuff you dont need and distort the facts S4G helped me to overcome false claims and untruths which are abundant in this sector

Every step of the way was made so simple. Tom explained everything in as much detail as possible, allowing me to ask plenty of questions. Andy and Jake completed the survey using their wealth of experience to explain, and work with me on matters of component locations. When it came to the fitting of the equipment, they were true to their word. Everything was installed exactly as discussed. Between the various steps of the initial contact, the consultation with Tom, the survey and finally the fitting, Rahi reached out to ensure that as a customer I was completely satisfied with each step of the process. Solar4Good - quality system and installation
Solar4Good might not major on slick websites and sales marketing material, but excel on what matters - a reasonably priced and quality solar system (panels, inverter, battery) and professional survey and installation. And unlike a number of other companies they clearly have a lot of experience installing a custom set up on flat dormer roofs.
They were happy to answer questions and took care of all the paperwork and application. They set up the App and I was able to see the system working and generating power immediately on completion of the installation. I’d highly recommend them.
