Some communication issues

Some communication issues. Best way to communicate is via email as phone responses are slow. Install was very good smooth and installers very helpful. System is working well. I would recommend. Only issue was that I had to chase up the certificate to get the system registered with electricity provider.

They are a scam!

my mum had them install 6.5 kilowatt solar panels and a 5 kilowatt converter.
They have left our roof damaged with broken tiles.
Refuse to give a compliance certificate.
they demand full payment without a compliance certificate.
It has been over a month since installation and they still havent provided a compliance certificate or fixed the roof of our house.
they have also blocked my mum on facebook.

Love how the only good review is from someone in india.

Are you even Accredited? Cause I don't see you on the list in Australia???

My roof is damaged/no compliance certificate

My roof is damaged. I have no completion proof via compliance certificate. And I am being harassed for money. I paid $1100 of the $3000, when it has been a month and still no idea if the solar panels work or when they are returning to fix the broken roof tiles and give a certificate of compliance so it can be connected to the grid.
