Order for additional battery and panels…
Order for additional battery and panels placed at the end of 2024 and work completed Jan 2025. The guys were on site and had attempted to do the job a couple of times but the weather was a real show stopper. Storm Eowyn didn't help but neither did it damage the existing installation. When the guys got started, conditions were still far from ideal and the job took twice as long as predicted, but they persevered and got it done. This is the third time I have used Solar Dynamix and each time they have been knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in future, they didn't even complain when I kept getting in the way.

Very professional and efficient company
Had Solar Dynamix Technician Robbie out today to replace my faulty Aurora One with a new Solax invertor, he is very knowledgeable and kept me informed as to how I could future improve my existing Solar system.
The company is a small company that are keen to please, they kept me informed as to the progress prior to my job day and were very prompt with regards timings.

AVOID TIMEWASTER
Great company to offer a product, and take a payment as quick as possible. I paid money as soon as we agreed, but they didn't finish necessary paperwork in requested timeframe. They ignored me when I tried to contact. I was very frustrated experience, of which if I would know, I would never start with them..

At the moment you made my situation very difficult as you haven't done simple registration in time frame. Case is still ongoing....

Email and enquiry were sent in the beginning of December, then in middle of December, with enquiry to proceed with relevant procedure before holidays and in 30 days time frame. Another form were filled up on your website, to which I don't have access to prove it. Phone calls to your office never been answered. Direct contact with your office worker Kieran were as well, to which I receive ignorance and avoidance. At the time of timeframe end, I sent another message to your office worker with a comment that I'm not happy with your ignorance and I will look for help from outside sources. NO ANSWER, IGNORANCE AND AVOIDANCE. I accepted your way of ignoring customers after you receive all payment, and decided to leave a review which you deserve as your action can not be explained in different way. After I left review, you and your office worker replied and contacted me in 15-20 min.
You understood my frustration, but it did not fix the realistic problem in my situation. You're not taking responsibility of not doing your job in provided timeframe, which result my frustration in finishing paperwork in back dated time.

Please rest assured that your G98 notification is now in progress and being handled with priority. I remain committed to keeping you informed and ensuring everything is completed to your satisfaction.
While I understand your frustrations, I must clarify that your claim of receiving no contact throughout December is untrue. Both Kieran and Stuart communicated with you during this time, including over the two-week period when our office was officially closed for the holidays.
The only email that went unanswered was one sent on New Year’s Eve, and I sincerely apologise if this added to your frustration. However, we made every effort to address your concerns as promptly as possible during an exceptionally busy period.
We believe this review to be very unfair due to a simple admin task not being completed.

This company was installing local to my area, spoke with them on panels and battery system. They were very helpful and informative on technical information helping me to make my mind up. Went forward with 16 panels and 4 batteries. We agreed on best installation for my needs and house type. Very pleased with installation, cable routes and tidy layout in garage. Very impressed with workmanship. Overall 5 stars.

Just had new solar panels from this company and can't fault them at all I was very dubious at first as have had bad experiences before but not this company very friendly sales people no hard sell very polite throughout any phone calls the fitters were excellent really nice guys polite and tidy would definitely recommend

An excellent reliable company.
Having been searching for a Company to service my existing old solar panels and inverter I was fortunate to receive a phone call from Solar Dynamix.
I spoke to Kieran, the sales manager and agreed a service contract for 3 years at a good price. Further discussions resulted in an agreement to replace the old panels with the modern, more efficient type, and a battery. The operators arrived and carried out the change at the agreed date. They were very helpful, clean and tidy, no mess and knowledgeable about the new system. The electricians provided me with an app to allow me to check the system was working correctly.
I would recommend Solar Dynamix to anyone who wanted solar panels, wanted a maintenance agreement, or an upgrade to their existing system without hesitation. An excellent and clearly well run Company. In fact I already have recommended them to a friend.

Solar Dynamix Review
My first point of contact with Solar Dynamix was a phone call from Kieran who is the sales manager.
He explained what Solar Dynamix were about and the services they provided.
I stated my existing solar panel & inverter generated power to the grid and received payment as per my FIT agreement with the electricity supplier.
Any questions that I asked that he could not answer he called me later with the answer.
Later that day after a brief discussion, we agreed an installation date for a hybrid inverter and a storage battery.
The electricians Dave & Robbie arrived and changed the existing inverter with a new inverter and battery. They also downloaded the inverter App to my Smartphone/Tablet so that I could view power Generated/Stored/Used/Supplied to grid as it happened.
On the same day roofers from Solar Dynamix fitted anti bird mesh around my existing panels.
I spoke to Kieran the next day and said that I was happy with the work that had been completed.
He mentioned that they could change my existing solar panels with more powerful & more efficient ones and he explained the benefits. After further discussion, another battery was included with the new panels.
I agreed to his proposal and set up an installation date.
The roofers Lewis & Stewart arrived and replaced the existing panels with new ones and added the second battery.
The new system has reduced the grid supplied electricity used and hence the bills.
There is also a 10-year inverter warranty with annual servicing included & 25-year warranty on the panels.
At all times the installation and sales people were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Solar Dynamix to anyone thinking of getting a solar power generation and storage system.

Just had a Weegie cold call me to tell me it is now a requirement to have my solar panel system checked annually due to it's age. When asked who required it to be checked couldn't answer. I am fairly sure in the middle of a pandemic the government / FIT provider aren't making this a requirement and would contact me directly if the rules have changed. At best sounds disingenuous (sure they will find something wrong with my system that requires an expensive fix) or a scam. Best avoided.
