Terrible Customer Service
i have had Solar Edge equipment, including a car charger. the equipment it 3 years. My car charger stopped working about 4 weeks ago. I had one of Solar Edge (SE) "preferred " service technicians review my problem with a SE technician (on the phone) and identify the problem to be the charging cord and SE would send a new cord. 3 weeks later i received an "inverter" from SE not the needed cable!
As I have 2 cars that require charging, their service has has created a terrible inconvenience for me!!!!!

Don't buy if you expect any level of control or integration with other smart home systems.
I have had my solar edge system in for around two years.
I have has sporadic issues and an complete inverter failure that took almost two months to get a replacement sent.
Today i went to login to my dashboard online to access my API key only to find my access has been revoked.
Tried to get support but wasted 40 minutes and got nowhere.
Their current stance seems to be that anything more advanced than seeing your production in an app or setting a battery schedule is for installers only.
This is unacceptable. I do understand restricting access to options that could break functionality but this is just to much.
Don't buy if you expect any level of control or integration with other smart home systems.

Solar panels have been up several years…
Solar panels have been up several years now with no trouble. I have contacted the WhatsApp chat support today as I changed my WiFi provider and the process of changing this on the app wasn’t working. Likhith talked me through a hard reset and how to change the settings via another route. It’s always a pain when things like this don’t work first time but the support and convenience of the WhatsApp chat made it a smooth as it could be.

Absolute worst service
Absolute worst service. Avoid if you can. Had a 20 kw system installed for our business with solaredge through a local installer. It's a 4 year old system now and 8 of the optimizers arw not work for 3 months so the entire 20 kw is sitting idle for months ths now. Had numerous emails with the solar edge support team and no help at all.
Meanwhile I have 8kw enphase system for my home, which I installed after a year after the first one. Much more reliable, great performance and much much better service. Was a little costly compared to solaredge.
I wish I had spend little more money and chose enphase instead of solar edge for my 20wk plant

After 4 yrs my residential inverter…
After 4 yrs my residential inverter stopped working 25/08/25 and 3 months later still no date for a replacement, I made many support calls and escalated to their uk sales team who took 4 weeks to call me. Their customer service and escalation process is non existent. I would hesitate before ordering again from them!

Dakshayini was very helpfull it was an old installation with a modbus which I hadn't seen before and I was talked through it and sent pictures of what it should look like I would have struggled without the WhatsApp chat
