Excellent company to deal with
I bought some polar panels from Solar Trade Sales. I'm not an installer and asked quite a few questions of them. On every occasion the staff there were absolutely excellent. I asked what the cable length was and they didn't know, so took my number, walked to the warehouse with a measure tape, measured the cable and phone me back within 10 minutes. I needed the pallet delivered on a specific day and needed to make sure they could unload the pallet as I don't have a fork lift - not a problem. They even arranged for the delivery company to call me and let me know when they would be arriving so i didn't have to hang around on-site. On top of this the panels were a fantastic price. I only give good reviews here for companies that I think are exceptionally good and this review was well earned, thank you all.

Good prices, next day delivery, huge stock
UPDATE. 25th Feb 2025
Found one panel had broken glass during transport. Call to customer service and sent some photos.
One hour later, reply email showing replacement solar panel has been despatched for next day delivery.

I have been making some upgrades to my home solar, with an extra array on another roof.
I found Solar Trade Sales via google.
I have made 3 or 4 orders now, including 10 panels. Roof mount kits cables and accessories.
Each time the web site has been clean and easy to use, actually shows their current stock level. Accurately suggests items that are usually needed together. I am not a trade customer but even so the prices are very hard to beat. All transactions were easy, with instant email confirmation.Deliveries have been next day every time, even in remote west wales including the big order of 10 solar panels and 3.5m roof mount.

Had to get card company to get money back
Placed an order with this company I was sent the incorrect amount when I contacted the company I was called a liar and when I advised I would ask my card issuer to deal with the poor customer service I had the phone put down on me. I wouldn’t recommend placing any orders and use a company that has a better service.
Reply for to your response you didn’t credit me for the missing items my card issuer credited me and made you resolve it with them directly.
