I am a customer of Solarzero but I am…
I am a customer of Solarzero but I am very disappointed. The reason is I have found the Solarzero take $700 from my account with any reason. That's not the first-time. A month ago they took $1500 from my account. I went to supermarket and when I was trying to pay but payment was declined then I checked my account and found Solarzero took $700 from my account. Not very happy.
This was a pushy sale and didn’t really…
This was a pushy sale and didn’t really answer my questions about how much it might cost if we had to move or cancelled with them then wanted us to sign a 20 year contract before even knowing if we were suitable to have them!?, when we questioned her on this she started talking around it then we questioned more and she hung up- seemed very dodgy to me and I will not be going with them!!!!
Shocking sales process
The good side is that they provide a pathway to get solar installed. Their grid prices are highly competitive.
Their actual finance offer translates into paying twice the price of the initial install over a 20 year period. I'll leave that as neutral, but people need to understand that. It is not disclosed, you have to figure it out.
The bad is the very pushy, on their terms only, sales process. Unless you first accept a proposal to sign up for 20 years with them, they will not even confirm your eligibility, transferring for me unacceptable risk to the consumer. And they do not disclose exit fees, despite repeated requests.
It is unfortunate that their in principle good offer gets spoiled by their approach to sales. So be very careful what you sign up for!
