Terrible and non-responsive

Terrible. Bought an Ascended Heroes PC etb from these guys for £250 to have it immediately cancelled and no reason given. The item was then re-listed later that day for £60 higher than I purchased it for.
Supposedly issued a refund but after 2 weeks and 4 emails of ghosting later, I still don't have my money back or even an update on when I can expect the refund to land. Id avoid at all costs!
