No refunds even in the event of death

We took out travel cancellation insurance with them through Gotogate, but when we needed to use it due to the death of my mother-in-law (my travel companion's mother), they didn't refund us a single euro of the over 1,500 we spent!!! Disgusting! Not even in the face of death did you show any professionalism!

Abbiamo stipulato un'assicurazione viaggio con loro tramite il sito Gotogate per l'annullamento e quando ne abbiamo dovuto usufruire per la morte di mia suocera (madre del mio mio compagno di viaggio) non ci hanno restitutito neanche un euro degli oltre 1500 spesi!!! Che schifo neanche davanti alla morte avete dimostrato un po' di professionalità!
