Ordered a beautiful Endon chandelier from Solihull Lighting back in November - it arrived quickly and the price was excellent for the quality. I finally unpacked it three months after purchase to discover some of the glass was broken. Despite the time delay on my part, the Solihull team organised replacement glass in less than 24 hours. What great service, thank you! Very glad I ordered from a smaller business, they really know how to look after their customers. I’ve got about 15 more lights to buy for a project and they will be my first port of call.

We have ordered a number of lights now from the team at Solihull lighting both in person and via the website. Jess has been fantastic at helping us and rectifying any issue or queries and more recently the online team and Ellie were able to help me change an order I had placed excellent selection of lights and great quality products.

First class product range. There was an initial issue - manufacturer - with my order which was quickly resolved. My dealings with the sales team were clear, effective and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending Solihull Lighting to others.

I asked a couple of questions through the buying process and they were answered by very efficiently by customer service. Delighted with my lights which arrived shortly after I placed the order. You should have no qualms about placing your purchase with this company.

In spite of a fault with the product, the team at Solihull lighting were excellent at sorting it out with the manufacturer. No quibbles or fuss, Just prompt service and a replacement sorted. Very polite staff in store who tried to help when I attempted to sort it that way. I had to then send an email to the online team who have dealt with it brilliantly without being chased up.

I could not wish for a better service. It is rare in our days that shop responds to emails and requests in less than 24 hours. In my case everything was above expectations price of products, delivery time but most important customer care after sales . Thanks a lot

Ordered my light shade and it arrived next day that was totally unexpected. I'm delighted with the shade. It was practically half price on line compared to other retailers. Package extremely well and delivered with care by FedEx first thing. Although we were in FedEx delivered it to my neighbour's house.

Maruf & Akeel delivered my mattress today. I received a phone call when they were half an hour away and a phone call again just as they were arriving. I live on the 11th floor in a high rise. The lads helped put the mattress in the lift and even went out of their way and bought the mattress up too. Brilliant delivery guys. Polite, helpful and go that one step further! Thanks again, Jake.

Solihull Lighting has such a great selection of lighting. The showroom is absolutely stunning.
We were looking for lighting for our newly refurbished dining room and just could not decide what type of lighting to go for. Ryan was friendly and so helpful showing up options they can source and we found the perfect lighting for our dining room. Excellent customer service, thank you Ryan.

Ordered a few items. Poor communication re delivery, except for the delivery company.
One item wasn’t in the box, I immediately emailed them. No response. Used their contact form, no response. Chasing up with my bank to get a refund. I wouldn’t rush to order again, particularly multiple items, you won’t get them all and you’ll be out money

Lots of choice to choose from. For a long time, we had wanted to update our open-plan living and dining room lights, but hadn't found anything we liked until we found this shop by chance. Both staff were welcoming and friendly. One of the items we wanted wasn't in stock, Siobhan arranged for it to be delivered to us. It arrived on time and in good condition. The lights do make our room look more pleasant and modern.

For those who are sensitive to bright light, should install dimmer switches as the light bulbs that come with the products are very bright.
