We take full responsibility for any delays or lack of response on our side and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We refund absolutely 100% of orders we cannot fulfill in our stated timeline and will never hold onto money due to UK laws and our own morality.

Very poor service
Appalling service. Waited 4 weeks for a t shirt. Didn’t arrive in time for our holiday. Stitching is a piece of thick material joined to inside of Tshirt which is really scratchy and hanging by stitching. The sizing of the t shirt was huge. Emailed for return address and no reply. Got to return within 28days but no address to return to as no one responding to my email, and already had for a while as it arrived while we were away. Really disappointed with the service received and won’t be using again.

Don’t buy off this scamming company
Took 5 weeks to come and delayed extra 2 days, wore it for 2 days the material off varsity jacket is coming off and the jacket came dirty in the package

Excellent service from this company. Their standard delivery online said 2-4 weeks and I wanted to get a tracksuit for my sons birthday in 10 days time. So I emailed them and they arranged immediate shipment and my son was very happy.
