Shareworks is the worst financial service company I have dealt with in the last 30 years

Shareworks is the worst financial service company i have to ever deal with for the last 30 years. my company uses them for employee shares. I called them about half dozen times to track a transaction I placed over two weeks ago and every time i was told different thing. and the last time i asked to speak to a manager who ended up telling me that the transfer would take 3-4 weeks instead of 2-3 days per his 4 other co-workers. When i asked to speak to someone else to confirm what he said was indeed the case, he even said he was the ultimate authority and every question or request ends with him. wow, how arrogant! they dont give a sh$t about their customers. Employers all should look for alternatives if they care about their employees

Just on hold constantly

Just on hold constantly - so far its been 90mins but still not managed to speak to someone. This is a share trading platform! So much for time critical transactions!

Avoid - Poor Banking process

Solium is apart of the banking group that Morgan Stanley & Shareworks UK use.

Perhaps I am unlucky, however it is been months since I initiated a transfer and have not received the funds.

The representatives are always working hard to chase answers but sadly have no power in getting anything done.

My funds are still lost & will need to take legal action as described by another person on Reddit who had the same experience. Unfortunate.

I cant even begin to tell you how awful they are

I cant even begin to tell you how awful this company is to deal with. I'm trying to deal with my Sister's estate on her passing and this company is providing zero assistance. Forms that I should have received 3 weeks ago still not provided and the same weekly response (after sitting in a call queue for 30 minutes) of "oh I dont know why they havent been sent, I'll escalate it to my Manager". Terrible service at an incredibly stressful time.

Truly terrible, they seem to despise their customers.

For what is supposed to be a mostly automated company share management portal Solium is undoubtably the most terrible company I´ve experienced in my long history of trading shares globally. They seem to feel that customers are an annoyance to be avoided at all costs and spend so much time blasting that they are responsible for nothing that its a wonder they exist at all. Their staff seem constantly in crisis and incapable of the most simple effective measures towards a resolution even on important issues. The excel in one area; passing the buck and avoiding all responsibility.
