I had a Samsung DVR that needed replaced. I called Soltech for advice and promptly ordered the recommended replacement model. Great Deal, Free two day shipping and I was up and running again.

We have bought a ton of stuff from Soltech over several years as we have 4 16 camera systems and are constantly upgrading or moving things around..
Even though we are in Hawaii packages always arrive on time.

Expert technical people! Told me what the problem was, sent me an email on what I needed to order and when I received the part it fixed the problem!

Incompetent

Incompetent! We had to send our security DVR in three separate times to get it repaired. Every time I would get it back it didn't work. The last time they returned it they didn't send back all my connector cords. Then they kept sending the wrong cords. Finally ended up ordering it myself. They did reimburse me, but whole ordeal took 2 months.

Perfect place to order my new DVR

I had a Samsung DVR that needed replaced.
I called Soltech for advice and promptly ordered the recommended replacement model. Great Deal, Free two day shipping and I was up and running again.

Not sent when promised

When I placed the order I was told the item would be at my house in two to three days. The item wasn't shipped out until 5 days later and I still have yet to receive it. I'm beyond frustrated especially since I paid so much for shipping.

Fast replacement

We had a Samsung camera dvr that went out and were given this website for a compatible replacement. Good customer service and fast delivery. Reasonable prices also. Would highly recommend.

Easy and organized website

Easy and organized website. Shipping fast and carefully packing their items. The price is really good compare to other online retailers. A gift came with our order was a plus. Thanks and will definitely consider them for future purchases
