Bloody horrible ordered 2 chairs got 2 beads today in post not happy at all stay away from this company

Scam company do not buy from here ordered 2 pluffy chairs and like many others received 2 beads in the post luckily managed to get a refund through the bank but these need shutting down

Thieves and nothing else . Steeling money from people . Order Pluffy chair , got a tiny beed .

I normally read reviews before purchasing, especially with overseas companies. Same as everyone else, bought a chair and got a single bead instead. Opened a dispute with my bank and got refunded from Soluva. Please do not buy from them.

My rocking chair arrived today. It came in a small envelope and instead of being big black and comfy, its yellow and white, fits in my hand, ugly as hell, and if i sat on it it’d sure get lost in my buttcheeks. Raging.

My bead now sits on my dressing table as a reminder that if it seems too good to be true, chances are it is. I hope the scammers have the worst day imagineable x

Wish I could give no stars. I’m on benefits and can’t afford to lose £35. Orders this “chair” for Christmas and waited for ages. received the tiny plastic bead everyone else did. Raging 😡!!

Ordered a chair costing £35, waited over a week so decided to email. Was told it was overseas and to wait 20 days or so. Only then did I look up the reviews and realised it’s a scam. I asked for a refund and was told by Jenny that it would be issued. I emailed for an update to find my email bouncing. Logged this with my bank as a fraud. Today after 1 week I received a full refund of £35.

Don’t not buy from here!! I ordered a cosy chair from here, however decided I didn’t want it upon ordering this so emailed them and they assured me they would give me a refund. 20 days later have not recieved the refund. They have blocked my email address so I’m unable to contact them. No other contact details on there website. ITS A SCAM!!

Like all the other comments ordered a pluffy chair and received one tiny bead and no refund. Absolutely disgusting in this day and age this can happen in plain sight.

Scam company avoid they sent beads instead of puffy rocker chairs

Same as others, scammers avoid for all cost.
Now that have changed the website name to livenohome com.
With still trade name soluva and same not working email so probably that's will change it soon, be careful and report to Shopify!

Yep, please see all below comments as this is unfortunately true. The chair in question does not even arrive. I received the same as everyone else. 1 tiny bead in an envelope. I am angry at myself for not doing the correct research but also angry that these scumbags steal from hard working people. Hopefully they get found out. Disgusting vermin. Do not use Soluva!!!

Absolute con and theft by deception Ordered a chair waited weeks And as many on this site have mentioned I received a tiny bead delivered in a small envelope. I assume so they can prove they’d had an item delivered. Don’t use They are a big CON. Pa is there any way to put photos on here

So same as the rest, I ordered two puffy chairs and received two beads. I didn't read the reviews on trust pilot before I ordered. Big mistake. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. Please get in touch with your bank to report them . Don't let them get away with it xxx
