Now 2 months since SOLWAY FEEDERS took money from my account & still no sign of the goods ordered .
No reply to emails
No reply to phone calls
No answer machine
TOTAL CON MERCHANTS *
Do NOT send money to these criminals .
We are now starting legal proceedings to recover costs .

Placed order on 15/9/26 - confirmed and money taken. Chased up by email , no reply. Still not received my order. Website not accessible anymore. Have used them a lot over the years without issue but AVOID now !!!

Have used solway feeders for years but last time I ordered they took the money on order and never sent the goods. Not answering telephone or email.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM .

Appalling rip off merchants placed an order online nearly 6 weeks ago took my payment straight away yet order not received and all calls and emails ignored. Disgraceful in fact criminal fraud I'm beginning to think 🤔.

Placed an order for Mk 4 Solway traders 2 weeks ago. They were quick enough to take my money and send an email saying they had processed my order.

No email saying that the traps have been despatched. No delivery of the traps.

Have sent emails but no response and when you call the machine says the mail box is full.

I thought this was a reputable company but obviously is just another cowboy rip off company.

Customer service is absolutely terrible placed a order for a spinner been promised it to be delivered for weeks now radio silence all calls and messages ignored absolutely disgraceful way to run a business

I have been a loyal customer of Solway Feeders for well over a decade and have spent thousands of pounds with the company over the years. Unfortunately, since a particular employee left around two years ago, the level of customer service has gone drastically downhill.

The latest issue has completely finished it for me. I placed a substantial order over two weeks ago and was reassured at the time that everything was in stock apart from two items, which I clearly stated was not a problem as they were not needed until the back end of June.

After hearing absolutely nothing, I spent days trying to get hold of someone by phone with no success whatsoever. It was only once I said I would be taking my business elsewhere that I finally received a callback, only to then be told that several items were actually not in stock after all — the real reason the order had never been dispatched.

Poor communication, ignored calls, misleading information and a complete lack of customer care. Very disappointing from a company I used to rate highly and recommend to others. Sadly, I will now be looking elsewhere.

Solway Feeders helped to get me a spare part for my drinker from the manufacturer in Italy. The customer service was brilliant, always friendly and helpful. It took a while to reach the UK due to the export/import issues at the moment but the item arrived the next day after they'd recieved it. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Ordered products from Solway feeders. They arrived well packed and on time as promised. Good quality products.
