Wouldn't order from this website again
I am guessing this is just another dropshipping company. Since placing the order, I was not updated throughout the shipping process and after a week and a half, I reached out to the company by mail and social platforms only to never receive a response or any scheduled delivery time. Someone randomly arrived at my door one afternoon with the item (luckily I was home). The item was delivered intact, but the packaging was severely damaged. Thank goodness there weren't any issues otherwise there would probably be no one to reach out to do a return. I would rather order items from the original manufacturer than through this website again. The entire process felt extremely unprofessional.

Thank you for your comments. We are a small sustainable startup that is working hard to make a difference. We DO care about our customer experience. To make sure we work on your comments, I need to understand what went wrong exactly. Could you, please, say if the info below is correct:
1. You placed your order on 25th of January.
2. The shipping info was written on our website explicitly (https://somefancyname.com/collections/noo-ma). You were informed that it might take up to 2 weeks if the product is not on stock.
3. You got a shipping confirmation on the 4th of February from us.
4. Something went wrong in auto communication of the scheduled delivery date and time.
Is that correct?
And yes, some of our clothes and furniture are made-to-order, hence, they are delivered directly from the brands we are collaborating with. Please, also keep in mind that we do work with sustainable brands, which means there are longer waiting times compared to fast fashion brands. It can take up to 8 weeks to produce some of our furniture. But this is quite normal in the furniture business.

Service was outstanding. They were helpful, prompt, and kind. The item arrived earlier than expected and was exactly as described. Best of all, the blouse is stunning and feels beautiful!!

Shopping at SFN was easy and nice - loved my wool skirt from walk of shame. Perfect fitting and good quality.
Moreover, got a pair of pants from one of the upcoming designers on site - really happy about the fit👌🏻
