Excellent service Darren and his team…
Excellent service Darren and his team were very professional. I sent some designs for my late brother’s memorial stone they did an amazing job creating exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier and very competitive prices.

Darren from Somervillestone and his team had worked for me before, on numerous occasions, so I was aware of their high standards and professional approach to a customer. I had no hesitation in choosing Somervillestone to create and make a memorial stone to commemorate my late Wife. I would not hesitate to recommend Darren and his team to anyone seeking similar services.

A few years ago Somervillestone made my late Parents bespoke headstone. My late Mum had designed it and Somerville were able to complete the headstone to her design. All the staff were caring, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process.
Recently I contacted them about a flower vase. Again excellent service. They kindly placed the vase at the grave without me being present and let me know when it was installed. Superb communication. Thank you for your ongoing excellent service.

Truly excellent service. I bought a name plaque for my house and it arrived promptly but the colour of the stone was a little lighter than I had expected. This was largely down to me having misunderstood the differences between stones and not being clear about my needs. Somerville Stone looked into this and identified where things had gone wrong. They immediately provided a replacement with the darker stone. The product looks fabulous; I am very pleased with it. The service provided far exceded my expectations, many thanks.

I recently had a headstone made for my brother Steven, and I am absolutely delighted with the finished product. The craftsmanship is exceptional, with every detail completed to a beautifully high standard. The team at Somerville Stone Ltd were respectful, professional, and clearly take great pride in their work. Wow what can I say?
Darren and charley have been amazing since the day I stepped foot in to the office. Service has been great from start to finish. Communication was very good too and always got a quick reply.
Headstone is out of this world so much better than we had hoped for. It stands out so beautifully it's the most perfect Headstone for the most perfect boy 😊 we are always getting people stopping to admire it.
Darren worked so hard to ensure the headstone was fitted in time for Christmas.

Darren and his team created a beautiful memorial for Mum’s resting place. The team looked after us, so well from the planning, design to installation. Darren even dug and planted a tree for me at the back of the stone. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he is always only too happy to help. Had a slight issue with the grave, but nothing to do with his work. He helped put something right in no time. There are many places you can use, but if you want a personable service with quality work and great aftercare - he’s the man to use!

Darren and the team at Somerville Stone are first class professionals. We received constructive input on the design of our memorial and clear ongoing communication regarding further requirements and the status of its production. The dedication shown by Darren and Ian in the installation of our memorial was excellent. Great all round service at sensible prices.

Somerville provided excellent professional and considerate customer service when ordering a memorial stone for my late partner. Charley in particular kept in touch on progress throughout ordering and delivery of the beautiful stone. There was some slight movement of the stone a couple of years later (which I understand can happen when the ground settles) and when I contacted Somerville about this they very quickly arranged for the stone to be relevelled. The fitter also very kindly replaced the flower vase (which had snapped) and the brass flower fitting which had tarnished, and this was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Somerville.

Granite Door Sign
This is the second granite door sign we have ordered from this company. Our first sign looked brand new after 15 years on the wall. We moved & needed a new one.
Telephoned first & then was advised to look on the website for what I wanted and then place order via email. I was sent two draught images of how the sign would look before ordering.
Great communication throughout.
Sign arrived within 2 weeks and very well packaged.
Fantastic service, product & company. Would highly recommend.

Horrendous service from start to finish.
Communication is zero.
I spent over 8 months calling and emailing trying to get an update on my memorial.
When you do get through you get fobbed off and promised a call will be returned to you.
Never happens.
Less then a year of the memorial being fitted it has already broken due to not being fitted correctly.
I was advised to get myself some soil and some glue and repair the headstone.

Absolutely shocking.
PLEASE do no waste a single penny with this company as you will regret it.

Wonderful company and service. Lovely lady was very helpful. Website is a little awkward on ordering, but on calling the company directly to make sure the order was correct, it came out perfect.
