Somproduct 

I purchased a sofa in July 2024 and it has never been delivered, nor the reimbursement (requested last October) has ever been issued. Customer Service is nonexistent, they only answer via chat once every blue moon. The last 2 months I have only received variants of "yes we are checking why you haven't received your reimbursement". Checking on other social channels, users are saying that the company went bankrupt, but their website is still active and they are still selling and having promotions. The website does not have any information about their company headquarters, terms&conditions, etc. This is the definition of SCAM. I have reported them to the police, to the consumers' association, AGCOM, etc. and you should all do the same.
