The support team was very helpful, responsive, and solved my issue in a professional and friendly way. Once everything was set up, the service worked as expected.

The only thing that could be improved is the activation process. Even after completing all compliance requirements and having everything marked as approved in the system, there was an additional step with the service provider that was not clearly communicated. This made the process a bit confusing and more complicated than expected.

Aside from that, everything works well, and I appreciate the support I received.

I have been using their service since past 8 months approx. It's absolutely unreliable. I am not able to call on any US number despite on premium plan. Moreover support is super slow.
