Easy to use, the quote was great and the functions fine just having trouble accessing the bonus that came with the insurance (Telus virtual doctor) didn't receive a code or e-mail for how to set it up.

I love that everything was online
I love that everything was online. It was quick, easy, and I was given a significantly lower rate than other companies. The only negative thing was it was a bit slow to get in contact with an agent via the chatbox but once I did they were quick to respond and easy to talk to.

Easy purchase, would like ability to download quote
The site is easy enough to use. I liked the ability to customize the options for a condo quote. I would have liked to be able to download the quote so I could easily compare it to other quotes.
I found it annoying the way the page jumped back to the top when I was trying to look at the quote. That's a tech issue. It's as if the page was refreshing every one second.
Purchasing the policy was straightford.
