Need a southern rock station

Need a southern rock station. Otherwise I can’t say enough about this wonderful system. The whole convenience of it is a treasure. The sound..pure. Good buy.

I genuinely cannot believe a premium…

I genuinely cannot believe a premium speaker system this expensive can be this frustrating to set up.
I changed my Wi-Fi network and my entire Sonos system basically became unusable. The app constantly asks to press buttons that do nothing, speakers disappear, reconnecting is a nightmare, and troubleshooting takes forever. I spent more time fighting the app than actually listening to music.
For products that cost this much, the user experience should be simple and reliable. Instead, it feels like beta software forced onto paying customers.
The sound quality is good, but honestly the software experience completely ruins it. I would never recommend Sonos to anyone after this experience.

Great products but poor customer…

Great products but poor customer service
Needed to return some Sonos items purchased in the UK from their website. All UK returns are sent to Poland which has import implications, had to have several conversations with them to send me the return paperwork and a several more once i'd taken the return to the UPS collection point

For older people without computer…

For older people without computer skills it's very hard to get it up and running didn't understand the instructions took a lot of guess work but I'm very happy now that I got it up and running

hi team! my review about the device that i have recently purchased is awsome, so about the company, you need to be more agresive in the market, the brand must to be relaunched.... it is weird that a common user as me had never heard about you if your products are oustanding and maybe better than other good brands as Bose, JBL, Sony.... I am am electronics engineer and i see all de detailed work enclosed in a tiny speaker as the Roam 2.... please Go ahead!!

A great experience all around

The entire purchasing experience was excellent. Received the sound bar with everything I needed and thoughtful environmentally friendly packaging. And most importantly, the refurbished product works great. What a terrific price! Sound is terrific.

Very happy with Sonas My husband has…

Very happy with Sonas My husband has been poorly and mostly in bed being able to ask Alexa to play his favourite jazz artists has been great.
He regularly praised the sound quality.
