I ordered about 100 dollars worth of shirts and never received them. If you don’t want to waste your money and time, never order from here.

Terrible! Waited a month for my order and received the wrong jacket, when trying to email them for a refund or to have the correct item sent to me they not only tried to defer from the topic but denied me from either. The best they could offer was 5% refund and to keep the horrid jacket that they wrongly posted to me as they said shipping fees would be too much!.. great, thanks! (Not) 👎👎👎

Will be taking this further for sure.
Please no one buy from this website again. If you can even find it as I can even search for it?! And when I do type it in the words “scam” and linked with it so that says everything to me really

DOESNT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!!! don’t waste your money! Walmart has better quality clothes for half the price, and even the discounted price on this website isn’t worth what you’ll get in person. Also if you fall for the scam, the customer service won’t respond to any emails you send. Would not recommend at all

Do not BUY ANYTHING in Sonoup,here's why.So I found this video in instagram talking about how 'excellent'(not) is the website Sonoup.It is all over the social media (in 2020) so why not take a look at the websitd,which I did.So turns out it was an online shopping website and since I love clothes I buy almost every of them.So it has been 5 hours and the package is still not here.I was wondering what is taking so long or what could have happen,I contacted them so many times and it keeps sending me this weird email and that I wasnt applied to the membership.So I have waited 3 months and it still hasn't show up.I give up and did a LOT OF RESERCHED about Sonoup.And turns out,It was a scam website.I got so angry and I literally cried for hours and hours.I just waste 100$ dollars(or like 150 dollars idk?).So yeah,this is why you shouldn't buy anything in Sonoup.Also If you are at a website that have a good prices that are TOO GOOD to be true,do a reserched before you buy them (like 10 reserched cause I do that every single time but not Sonoup).Again this is my proof that you shouldn't buy anything in Sonoup.Thank you.

This website is a joke. I ordered 2 shirts February the 5th and it still hasn’t shipped! There is no update or anything. I kept getting automated email replies about them being on holiday leave through the 10-16? But now they aren’t replying after I emailed after the 16th. If you order from here, you probably won’t get your items nor will you get your money back since there is no option to cancel the order.

UPDATE: I have received an order but these items are NOT what I ordered. I highly doubt I will get a refund or an exchange so please do not purchase from this so called company. I wasted $40.

I ordered 7 sweaters almost 4 months ago paid for express shipping and received nothing, not even a tracking number, it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone I’m coming to terms with the fact I wasted money, the late shipping has nothing to do with covid the website might just be a scam, please learn from my mistake.

If I could give this zero starts I god damn would. I ordered over a month ago and NOTHING HAS SHIPPED. Same for my friend. I’m not getting any responses from their customer service. I got an email a month ago from them saying my items would deliver shortly. Saw a review that said the same thing so must be some stupid automated email response. Do not ever in a million years shop at this site. Not sure if they just absolutely suck ass or if it’s a scam, either way, F them & their business.

If I could do zero stars I would. Total scam. Wasted money. Don't buy from here. Unless you want an imaginary shirt.

I finally received my shirts about...49 days later lol ridiculous! But, hey I have them I guess?
Also the site initially was sonoup but the site that also showed up was Sparknion.com? Idk confusing and not worth it.

Havent recieved anything yet, customer service is equivalent to talking to a 10 year old. Spelling is atrocious and so unprofessional. First, they email me days after I ordered, saying that they need the last 4 digits of my card number to confirm. I've already paid?? In the same email it said "please dont worry cuz this aim to check and verify your transaction" goes on to say once I have done that, THEN my order will be shipped. The whole email was literally a mess. I emailed back and said it's extremely unusual and unprofessional, I have paid for the items and given all required info at the checkout, and asked when my order will be shipped. No response after 15 days. 2 days ago I wrote another email asking for an update, and have recieved another very weird email from them today. One copy pasted section
"Once courier company starts service, we will defintely arrange the delivery of your order. We will add a lot of customer service staff to handle orders.
Your order will be processed and be shipped out as soon.
Your order will arrive in several days"
Um? Lol. One of the "of" in the sentence was in blue, and "several days" was in red.
Dont tell me you have no one delivering the order and then tell me it will arrive in several days.
Just another dropshipper trying to make quick cash but they have no freaking clue what they are doing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Apparently there’s been many scams from this website, I haven’t ordered but THEY take forever to ship and make people waste money. They buy clothing from other websites without making their own. Please stop this!!!! Worst website ever

It's not good

Worst company!!! Such a scam! I bought 3 sweaters and a shirt I got 2 sweaters 1 of them being one I never even ordered the other one has yet to come but says it arrived. The quality is horrible and customer service is trash! Don’t waste your money go somewhere else clothing that comes looks nothing like the pictures!
