Unauthorized Purchase on My Account - Refund Request


To whom it may concern,

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue regarding an unauthorized transaction on my account. My bank card was charged for the purchase of Red Dead Redemption 2 on PlayStation 5. I did not authorize this purchase, did not place an order, and was not involved in any way.

This transaction is entirely unacceptable and constitutes a form of fraud against me as a buyer. I demand an immediate refund of the full amount. The details of the unauthorized transaction are as follows:

Sony mobile phones service is just horrible

Everything is very simply. Just provide Xperia clients with free of charge app.
We pay to Sony plenty of money not for the phone but for the former Ericsson.
Therefore - Sony, you are not doing well in market... just stand for your customers!

WF-1000XM4 - I have bought from Technopolis Nov-2021 in March 2023 i sent service due to battery died on right. they have change only the right one. October 2023 now is Left died. I wish bought apple airpod. Product is good but battery is not.

Sony SCAMMED ME 250 EUROS.
Returned my faulty earplugs 250 euro worth to sony on 23rd of March and its been 2 months and after multiple phone calls and emails and i haven't received my money back. And they are not answering emails anymore. Very disappointed with Sony never ever buying again a product from them.

Ordered a ps5 on the 9th December the order is still showing prossesing!! Spent over 6 hours speaking to robots who didn't help one bit !! Luckily the holding payment went back to my account so ordered from game arrived in 24 hours !!
