DONT BUY! THEY DONT HAVE THE ITEMS THEY ADVERTISE

DONT BUY!! They advertise the item in stock but in actual fact they don’t have it in stock and you have to wait for them to order it from their supplier and then it will be shipped out to you! Absolute SHAMBLES! I got delayed on a project by a week by this company! They stopped responding to emails when asking for an update and eventually then asked to CANCEL my order. WHY ADVERTISE SOMETHING IN STOCK WHEN YOU DONT HAVE IT!!!! AND IT SEEMS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD THIS ISSUE!

A great company to do business with!

I called customer services to try and order a couple of bowls in a specific colour, as the colours were chosen at random for online orders. They couldn’t have been more helpful and the bowls were sent out that same day. 10 out of 10 for customer service. I will definitely order from this company again!

Wrong item sent

This is an update following my review below. I added one star for sorting my refund. The company refunded me as they didn’t it have the product I wanted. I returned the incorrect product they sent me and received the refund when they received it.

I placed an order last week. One star for delivering the parcel quickly, however I received the wrong product (the wrong colour to be exact). It’s super frustrating as there is no telephone number to call. I completed the form online to try and rectify the problem but got a notification that it may take longer than usual for them to answer. This is a Christmas present so time critical. I have no way of knowing if the error will be rectified in time. First time customer and already disappointed. Let’s see if they solve this soon. I will update the review if they will.

Excellent mugs but initially out of stock

Bought some replacement mugs that no-one else seemed to have any more. Next day received Email that they were out off stock but expected in soon - I could either wait or cancel my order. Thought I could wait two weeks but it wasn't even that long before message received to say they were on their way. Posted quickly and no money taken until they had been sent. Excellent condition when they arrived, no complaints about that at all, just shame they had advertised goods they didn't have in stock - and continued to do so after telling me I'd have to wait.

Great customer service

As this was my first order I was a bit reluctant given the reviews here.
I had a great experience. The Items I ordered arrived promptly & were very well packaged. However, 1 of my items was the wrong size but this was replaced in no time at no cost & the issue was resolved. I don't understand the negative comments on trust pilot.
Their own website has very good reviews.
Great communication & customer service.
I certainly will visit this online shop again.

Order never dispatched

I ordered several items prior to their Christmas delivery cut off. On Friday/Saturday (20th/21st) I realised I hadn't received an order dispatch email so I popped them an email just to be sure. In response to this I was advised that my order never got dispatched as one of the items was no longer in stock. They claimed that an email was sent to let me know. However, I've checked my emails and junk several times and never received an information. Even if I had received an email and responded, the Christmas dispatch date would have still been missed at this point. I never once received an apology from customer services and can't believe the rest of the order was not dispatched, especially considering they were Christmas items. It is even more frustrating as I could have purchased the items from elsewhere and would have had them in time. I would not recommend shopping with this store, especially as the majority of items are available at other reputable websites.

Sell items they don't have in stock

Sell items they don't have in stock.
Made an order which should have been 3-day delivery, nothing for 2 weeks then had a cancellation email as they couldn't get the stock for it.
Communication also poor, had to email to ask where it is.
Zero stars
Postal address is the same as Barnitts in York and they have the same websites - so avoid them as well.

Will not use this company again

Will not use this company again. They have failed to refund me even though I paid to send the order back untouched and in its original packaging. They have no interest in customer service and there’s complete radio silence on any communication you send them. As soon as I ordered and paid for the goods they then sent an email stating that they couldn’t fulfil the order, but you can’t communicate with them in order to work things out; they just did what suited them… Order arrived too late to be used.
