Even there has been an unforeseen delay on the delivery the customer service has been very nice, offering a reimbursement or product exchange or just wait longer. In the end I got exactly what I ordered and the price was very good.
Just a shame that was is sold on their website is actually not part of their inventory, they assume they will have it on a specific date and then can ship it to you.
